Food is overpriced and bad in quality and taste. Owner is not well mannered and didn't even listen to the customer. Go anywhere except this s**t place. 😏

I recommend Chai Sutta Bar highly for the tea lovers. Different varieties of tea and the taste is upto the mark. However , for other dishes like cheese loaded fries and brownie shake , I was highly disappointed ordering them. Fries were over fried , shake was tasteless with no sugar. Appreciate the variety of teas here and the owner is a polite man. Also , the name is misleading here which says Chai Sutta , and FYI this is a non smoking place.

i was awestruck..... thats the first expression i had when i received my Rose tea. Never thought we can go to that extent with Tea. Tastes great as well. Tried couple of more options and every flavour is different. You can also grab a bite with options of sandwiches, burgers etc. nice ethnic seating and ambience overall is very earthy. Loved the place. only thing to change is facia and approach to the place. the ramp is clumsy and need some facelift. net net, a great place to try you chay

Very nice place to enjoy different varieties of tea with snacks.....we tried rose tea medium size and vegetable grill sandwich both are great in taste.... especially rose tea was ultimate

Absolutely loved the masala chai. Didn't try any food, but they had a range of snacks, will definitely give them a go! The indoor settings were cute. Would come here again.

huge variety of tea and coffee flavours along with many options for snacking taste is good Hazelnut cold coffee is highly recommended its one of my favorite sitting area is nice you can visit with friends, family or co-workers its suitable for all

Nice place to hangout with your friends, family even you can bring your kids as well here...... I have found this place little decent.... Basically the tea (chai) is famous and masala chai is the best thing which i like the most over here........ I can not say the food is great here but it is an average, tea is good........ Sitting arrangement is ok..... overall you can come with your friends here and enjoy. Good place again.

It's pretty good. The self service system is also okay okay. The food is awesome. I would give 3 out of 5 if we are talking about cleanliness.

I would leave zero stars if I could.The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. Took an hour to get food. Food was dry and not cooked well and a person next to me found hair in his food. It was a busy day I get it, but worst service I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else. Sleepy service, poor food quality, and when I asked why it was like this they stated that their kitchen was backed up, yet the restaurant was damn near empty. WHEN I REQUESTED FOR MY FOOD BILL, MR ANIKET (STAFF) SAID I WILL SEND YOU BUY TILL I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY FOOD BILL, I WILL COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER CELL ALSO THAT THIS RESTURANT DOESN'T GIVE FOOD BILLL, GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY SHOULD INTERVENE THAT WHAT IS BEING HIDDEN.

I use have adrak chai xl and maska bun, I like it. But I dont like the service here nor the attitude of owner.

nice space,nice environment and beautiful lights over there ,a perferct place for decent party and couple can also enjoy there. this place is best for refreshing yourself from a very hectic day in a very low amount (tea comes in small medium and large kulhads 15 25 30 respectively)

Coffee is tasty but hygiene is very poor. Tables were are all filthy. Floor was not cleaned. Its good they serve in kulhads..

The only place apart from my home in town where I'd prefer to have tea at. Really strong flavour tea, ambience and music is good too. They offer snacks like sandwiches, maggi too whereas you can also have other beverages like coffee and iced tea.

If you are a tea and coffee lover visit this place. They have different varieties of tea and coffee. With that you can enjoy snacks like burger , pizza , fries and more. I gave 3⭐ because I ordered loaded fries and got a just little cheese. I was told it will be full of sauces. Quality is good,but quantity is just ok for everything. Ambience is quite good. They have outdoor seatings as well. Price is normal hence under few bucks you can get good quick bites.

Disappointed with CSB. I have been to this cafe in another cities and really liked their hot coffee. BUT, here in YNR they are doing timepass with this cafe. The hot coffee was the worst. I wish they could keep the staff that can do justice to their beverages. Service was poor. The staff was their own world. Really Bad.

I went here, there white sauce pasta is very tasty and good, but their choco cold coffee is very bad, i drink that. In cold coffee, you will just feel the mixture of ice cubes and choco powder. Atmosphere is great. And no service by staff, only self service to get our food order to our table. And there prices is double of the prices of menu, that they have put in their google map location id.

Very bad tea, the ginger tea also has a synthetic taste of ginger. Also excessively sweet ( don't even have an option to order sugarless/less sugar)

Staff behaviour at preparation of snacks is not good due. They don't bother or get excited during customer visit.

It's a best cafe in Yamuna Nagar I ordered so many things there taste is awesome the rush and delivery time is perfect rates are very reasonable even they charge less then from there wala for food and the food quality is very good I love to visit again and again there and I highly recommend this cafe for tea lovers

I usually always want to sample some food from a recently established location. One of them was the Chai Sutta Bar. Together with a friend, I went here. The city's ambience is pleasant, and the seating arrangement is comfortable. However, food quality and service are the only things that can make your business succeed. In terms of flavour, I ordered the vegetarian grill, which consists of little more than grilled bread pieces with the worst sauces and raw onions. Self service is available, however it doesn't seem to be being used by the manager or even the employees. They either don't treat their clients well or they are making assumptions about me based on my appearance and clothes, which is how I was always when I visited my hometown. Would not want to return to this location.
