Cars are good well maintained, well behaving drivers. Only issue is the the communication gaps. Different persons Handel the bookings and poor coordination among them. Staff have to give clear picture to customers before booking on Applicable charges. Booked for round trip to Vijayawada to Hyderabad , Trip finishes in 15 hours charged for two days. It's Not the money It's about Customer's Trust. Got Quick response once in had posted the review. Undoubtedly service is great only issue is transparency. What I suggest the Operators to send a SMS confirmation along with agreed charges to clear the ambiguity. If they can implement the suggestion definitely their services are best.
