Recently i visited the salon store for rebonding the 50% of my hair wasn't covered with rebonding and totally waste of money the person who have done rebonding treatment for me have used so much neutralizer on my hair and my hair became so damaged and the manager Latha have to proper action on him since she saw how bad he was using the product and totally waste of 7k.

I got the keratin treatment service and the results are fantastic, i dont even have an idea of this could turn out, the staff especially narasimha garu is so helpful in understanding on how it works and how it could turn out. I really appreciate narasimha’s patience and dedication to give me a fantastic look. I totally recommend kertain treatment here and from narasimha garu. Totally a genuine review

They have a good customer care and the ambience is great , staff is nice, But very inexperienced. I went in for a hair cut and it was done by Mr.shiva , since the haircut I wanted was a very short one almost like a boy cut I had showed reference pictures and had asked if he understood and could do it, he repeatedly said he got it. But the cut was very choppy , the front layers were not at all merged properly and he had accidentally cut a piece of my hair short on my side and couldn't merge it with the rest. He was in a hurry to finish it off after sometime when it got out of hands and styled my hair . He burnt my hair slightly in the side while styling cause he didn't use any serum since my hair is very thin and porous . Overall I am not happy with it, if they were not able to do the cut i wanted they could have informed me in the beginning itself.
