To all the negative reviews they are giving reply as if there is no mistake on their part. I am not sure about previous allegations made by other patients but the senior doctor attitude is money minded i don't know about Vishal sir. Now they will give reply that they don't have my name in their patients database that's because I left my treatment from that hospital few years ago and now I am really happy have confidence in myself and doing well in life despite having schizophrenia. It all happened only after I started seeing other pyschiatrist who is more sensible. I would say if u really want to open up yourself and want to get real advice on how to deal with mental issues this is not the place for you. Edit: since there was no option to reply to the reply given by indla's hospital team, don't humiliate your patients , mental illness is just like any other illness like diabetes or thyroid we are just people with wrong brain chemistry and since it's very crowded senior doctor may not find time to listen to his patients may be junior doctors working there listen to patients and encourage them. Not just prescribing the right medicine but prescribe with empathy.

I'm surprised with management staff who had taken my mobile and given 5 star rating infront of myself.. Vishal sir never expected this type of behaviour from your hospital. If patients are happy with your treatment then definitely u will get good review , please don't allow this type of acts which will not suit your personality. It's a cheap trick to get good image taking forcibly ratings from patients..

Treatment and doctor are really good only issue was with the bills payment they don't have any card swapping machine or UPI scaners they only accept cash or they give a account number which doesn't work some time's and on the last day while leaving the hospital the staff is asking Money from the patient family apart from the bill for there work they have done to the patient which make uncomfortable for the patient family members.

Misdiagnosed my friend with schizophrenia and he went thru a lot of mental trauma coz of it, we took a review opinion and it came out to be stimulant dependance and social anxiety , how dumb is it to diagnose a patient without proper analysis of the patient and observation for few days ??!!!

I had very bad experience with hospital they are not responding properly for side effects which my brother got due to his medicine. My brother went to hip replacement surgery due their medicine, First he addimitted for alcohol de-addiction and they have treated but they don't revealed which medicine they used for treatment loose tablet caver without names tablets used for one week treatment later my brother discharged then started paining both legs hips and after one week completely stopped walking unable to walk then went to hospital asked doctor he said we treated well we don't no ur case how got effected and they are giving rude answers and telling whatever you want do we don't responsible for that when I asked about medicine which they have but not revealed also. Due to their treatment my brother life got spoiled now his situation is very bad slowly recovering went through hiplacement sugergy and spent 5Lkhs now his situation slowly getting better. My humble request to everyone please check and think before going to this hospital. I have enough evidence to showcase but still waiting for my brother recovering. Sorry to say to doctors please think about side effects before using or suggesting your medicine even after also kindly treat effected patients like a human. Don't blame patients for your mistake.

The therapy sessions are extremely useful but the element of privacy is not there here. Whenever I come for a session with Ms.Srinidhi (Psychotherapist) though the sessions are extremely helpful, off late I have been undergoing Gestalt therapy where I I often find myself always thinking about the other person sitting in the same room, which requires some consideration for the therapist and the clients.Though there is a separator (cupboards) there is no privacy. I would really appreciate if the hospital considers clients privacy and makes the cabins more soundproof. Especially if we are OUT Patients or Clients.
