Rude nursing staff. Management should train them on behaviour with customers. Nurses response was very bad. Though hospital is service oriented, it is getting bad name because of lower level staff, not all. Requesting management should monitor those staff time to time & provide proper training. Thank you

Aarogyasri patient registration time 3hrs. refraction waiting time 3 hrs. Doctor cinsultation 2hrs total 8 hours for just checkup where is the patient care and hospitality. Staff are rude to patients.

I came here for my grandmas glucoma checkup as an outpatient i entered the hospital at 9:30am and by the time i met the doctor it was 2:15pm it was such a horrible experience, they should at least speedup the registration process or ask people to come at a particular time, its a very crowded hospital i don't recommend people coming here for any quick checkups, lvpi tadigadapa is far better when compared, my suggestion visit this hospital only when you want to waste your time and money

Hospital is good. But the staff are very bad They don't even know the value of patients. I have the hospital 4times till now, every we used wait for about 7-8 hours to complete our work at the hospital. They write on the walls as every patient takes only 1hour for his consultation. I suggest only patients who have patience only can visit this hospital.

The hospital is neat and clean and the amount of patients that come here everyday are so huge. As the demand is very huge the management should be upgraded. The token system is creating a lot of waiting which can be avoided if all the patients take appointments before hand. Overall one must spend the entire day at the hospital to get their checkup done. Great Service and good treatment. However you need the whole day and lot of patience waiting for getting a normal check up(min 6-7 hrs). Taking appointment is of no use. Better to go early hrs to avoid lunch time delays

Worst hospital ever visited in my entire life, staff was very rude they are not treating patients like human beings, Arogyashri department is unable to handle little crowd they are shouting on patient like any thing, entire staff is useless no manners at all. Some one from higher authority should take action on them or else entire hospital credit will be ruined.

I experienced myself and also heard from so many patients that waiting time is more ( need an inspection on this). Overall very good and recommended.
