I've visited with my family and felt this is the best hotel for accomodation. Because our visit was for reception function, we couldn't have the hotel food, but the other facilities were excellent and it is also located in a business area. Overall I'm satisfied with the hotel services.

Rat sound in the room. Staff not friendly. Never call directly to hotel and book the room. They will tell that they will confirm the room. But they won't do it. Simply they will escape by telling system reservation problem. No geniune staff.

I have been eating at Namo Residency for the past few weeks and it is absolutely delicious! The food is always fresh and tasty. Their Andhra vegetarian meal is especially flavourful.

I am a Jain family, so it was great to find a restaurant that served pure vegetarian meals. The Andhra vegetarian meal was the highlight of my meal; it tasted like home-cooked food! I would highly recommend Namo Residency for anyone looking for an authentic vegetarian dining experience.

For what they offer at price, it is clearly one of the most affordable hotels. The car parking it little hard. But they do help it with Valet parking. I haven't tried restaurant food. Rooms and service meet expectations. Ventilation is limited.

Horrible experience. Rooms too small. No hot water. Geysers doesn't work. Bathroom not cleaned properly. They promised complimentary breakfast but no one was there to provide it.Nothing was available. None of the menu items are available in restaurant during lunch also. Only one curry and roti and one starteer will be available. Never experienced such a bad service. Never recommend this hotel to anyone by any chance. Prices are high.

I visited Vijayawada in the evening and i badly wanted a room to take a bath after a long drive and take some rest. Visited few hotels near by and didn't like the cleanliness and the way they are handling a customer. Later i visited namo and to start with, their customer service is top notch. Teja garu at the reception has received well and offered me a room at a good price. Though initially they quoted a very high price even for a night stay later after speaking to Teja i got a good deal. I have told at the reception that i have parked my car in the next Street as it was very hard in that area to look for a room driving a car. They have taken the pain to get my car and parked in their hotel. I was really impressed with the way the customers are treated. These are some of the small things that puts a very good impression. This hotel is located in this busy shopping Street and is a very good place for people who love to shop. Your better half would love the place. Coming back to the rooms, the rooms are tidy and are maintained well. A very good effort has been put by the owners to give the hotel a very premium look. Don't expect great views to see out of the window. Keep in mind that you are in a busy vijayawada area. Few things that definitely need an improvement is on the laundry side. One thing i didn't understand is that there is no partition in the bathroom for wet and dry areas. May be that's something missing in my room, I didn't care as I stated only for a night and solo. If it was with family then definitely it would be a little discomfort. I didn't run into any issues during my stay. I would definitely stay here next time when i visit that place. I would recommend if you want a pleasant stay. 1 star down for the laundry but that can be improved and i am pretty sure they will work on it.

Nice and neat place Small but quit rooms Heart of a bazaar street. Friendly staff Budget friendly. One thing I liked is. NON-VEG not allowed in the room.

Rooms are good but staff are very lazy because we asked water they will take 10 -20 minutes don't include breakfast because only limited provided.water bottles also not given they are charged finnally worst service don't go....

Looks very decent from outside, but very poor maintenance. Rooms and toilets were very unclean. Room key wasn't working. Had to call reception each time whenever we go out n come in. Complimentary breakfast also had very limited options and won't offer you more if asked second time. Crazy ...

Here north Indian and Jain food is good. But biryani is not not that much eatable, due to over oil and masala. Papads are delicious. Service is good. But when the restaurant is full, they won't use any room freshnes . So on Sundays we will get a nasty smell inside. The management should look over it. Vallet parking is satisfactory.

Average food quality and worst experience with management low class attititude. Today we visited this place after seeing the ambience.. for me and to my wife I have ordered Andhra meals and they told us to go for buffet.. meanwhile we have ordered Dum biriyani to my kids.. while we having the meals that manager Mr. Anglav closely watching plates like an eagle and said don't share food to kids when I gave a piece of potato chips to my kid.. we know sharing chips to children will make more loss to hotel but when we sit and eat chips opposite to our children how can we say no. After paying Rs.720 bill we had a worst experience with kids. Kids felt very bad and not allowed us to order any desert and not shared any food with us. Finally the food taste is not we expected but the hotel management attitude is totally low class.

I usually visit Vijayawada for official purpose. I keep exploring the Hotels in and around . Namo is a Good place to stay , Would have liked a little bigger room size, Bathrooms were nice and clean. The AC was a bad idea as it's central AC and takes forever to cool the place .. Complimentary Breakfast is Really Bad. They just entertaining the local targetted audience than out of town expats. NO nonveg in the rooms or hotel. More than the branding their No Nonveg policy is absolutely spread wide .... However I would recommend this for Vegetarian Families and people. Suggestions.... Breakfast needs miles of improvement.... Rest all is manageable

Rooms are ok, but No service. Very slow & sometimes no response from the staff. I asked for iron at morning 7:45 till 10:45 they are unable to give an iron... The rooms smelled very bad, I asked for room freshener It takes 2 hours with 4-5 times to follow up Lots of issues in the service.

Nice place to stay. The atmosphere is very enthusiastic and if you go with your friends you will feel like an wow experience over there. Such a nice place to stay and last but not the least the staff is also too cooperative

If u need to fresh up and go around vijaywada this rooms are better, If u need relaxing time nit a good olace , cant sleep even 10 minutes, every rooms voice and sounds of corridor, people walking outside sounds are disturbing. Not remmonded for peaceful sleep

Stayed with family and friends. Courteous staff, General manager went out of way to help us out. Food is very tasty and excellent in quality and quantity is sufficient. Rooms are clean. Hotel is in heart of city and all places are easily accessible
