I
want
to
officially
complain
and
bring
to
your
notice
of
the
poor
and
unprofessional
services
provided
by
your
company.
Understanding
you
are
an
authorized
Honda
Services
provider;
I
was
in
the
assumption
that
the
services
would
be
more
professional
and
satisfactory,
but
I
am
very
disappointed
with
the
services
and
by
this
email,
I
want
to
request
your
staff
to
have
some
discipline
in
the
services
they
are
committing
and
rendering
to
the
customers.
This
morning
(28th
Augβ21),
I
visited
your
services
center
and
opted
for
the
bike
servicing
after
one
of
your
staff
members
promised
that
the
services
cost
would
be
INR
1000/-
and
I
handed
over
my
bike
to
your
staff
@
11.30am
Later
this
evening
around
4.00pm,
I
received
a
call
from
one
of
your
executives
stating
the
bike
services
were
completed
and
suggested
I
come
and
pick
the
bike.
After
reaching
the
services
center
&
to
my
surprise.
1.
Overall,
the
bill
of
the
bike
services
was
INR
3551/-
a.
Your
staff
donβt
even
have
a
courtesy
to
connect
me
well
in
advance
on
the
spare
parts
inclusion
2.
I
paid
the
bill
amount
and
one
of
your
Staff
members
handed
over
the
bike
outside
the
service
center,
stating
its
ready
and
when
I
pointed
out
why
the
bike
was
not
washed
at
all?
And
itβs
in
the
same
condition
with
all
the
dust
and
filth.
3.
They
finally
realized
the
big
mistake,
that
they
forgot
to
water
wash.
Took
back
and
started
working
on
the
pending
work.
4.
You
donβt
have
a
quality
inspection
member
to
check
if
the
staff
really
rendered
the
promised
services?
5.
Without
delivering
services
how
can
you
be
focused
on
adding
the
bills
and
making
customers
pay
for
the
services
thatβs
not
delivered?
6.
I
really
doubt
the
credentials
of
your
service
center,
if
all
the
billed
services
were
properly
rendered
or
not.
Initially
I
thought
of
filing
a
case
in
the
consumer
court
on
the
wrong
commitments
and
services
but
just
thought
of
the
staff
at
the
current
pandemic
situation
and
any
action
from
my
end
will
make
them
suffer.
So,
I
would
like
to
advise
you
and
your
staff
to
please
respect
the
customer
and
your
commitments
