    Worst service center in guntur after service my kick rod was down well designer's . they charged 350 for nitrogen gas . My bike is not an aeroplane to fill 350 rs nitrogen . Even the customer details they entered on bill also wrong to avoid legal action on the fraud service center. They don't even changed engine oil too my nearest mechanic noticed and intimated me. don't go to this service center please check my bike photos and bill before going.

    This is the one of the Leading Branch of sales and service in this City and located in middle of this city,Good Receiving in entrance by staff sanitizer safety precautions strictly followed by the management,Humble & Friendly very well discipline by excellent staff good & Quick service maintain πŸ‘Œ by management,Space for vehicle service is conjusted in Ground floor,NoTest Drive vehicle Facility of customers,Helmet Not Giving along with vehicle they told go and purchase in store of part's,good thing is few members of women employees working here management giving opportunity to women empower,So many model's of vehicle's from Honda all are available here with quick delivery,Management need to do A Digital Display of vehicle's list everyday Company Final Prices on road to customersπŸ˜€πŸ‘at least in that particular district's,because who knows that what's exact price of the vehicle,mention correct rates in every showrooms by putting display,then only middle man frauds reduce it self,like Gold rates display boards in jewelry showrooms also petrol β›½ diesel costs in display on particular day-to-day,even though a toothpaste company also having a MRP price with barcode,but vehicle's not mentioned by the company this is not good,also in vehicle's delivery time service staff expecting money from customers,if company pays the salary to service staff then why they expecting money from customers,customer pays to company on road price πŸ€” πŸ™„,if customer satisfy then heartfully he will give otherwise don't shown this kind of activities in front of customers,it's a request to management and need to change and implement for better growth of the company,also here available a genuine vehicle part's in store,for important day's & festival's celebration day's showroom decorates very attractively,need to introduce new offers for vehicle owners,wash rooms & purified drinking water 🚰 facility is there,generator stand by outside infront of showroom also centralized air conditioner in inside.

    Unprofessional Service: Dear Mr. Chandrasekhar, My name is Baburao Dasari (SBI, Retired Employee) and I want to officially complain and bring to your notice of the poor and unprofessional services provided by your company. Understanding you are an authorized Honda Services provider; I was in the assumption that the services would be more professional and satisfactory, but I am very disappointed with the services and by this email, I want to request your staff to have some discipline in the services they are committing and rendering to the customers. This morning (28th Aug’21), I visited your services center and opted for the bike servicing after one of your staff members promised that the services cost would be INR 1000/- and I handed over my bike to your staff @ 11.30am Later this evening around 4.00pm, I received a call from one of your executives stating the bike services were completed and suggested I come and pick the bike. After reaching the services center & to my surprise. 1. Overall, the bill of the bike services was INR 3551/- a. Your staff don’t even have a courtesy to connect me well in advance on the spare parts inclusion 2. I paid the bill amount and one of your Staff members handed over the bike outside the service center, stating its ready and when I pointed out why the bike was not washed at all? And it’s in the same condition with all the dust and filth. 3. They finally realized the big mistake, that they forgot to water wash. Took back and started working on the pending work. 4. You don’t have a quality inspection member to check if the staff really rendered the promised services? 5. Without delivering services how can you be focused on adding the bills and making customers pay for the services that’s not delivered? 6. I really doubt the credentials of your service center, if all the billed services were properly rendered or not. Initially I thought of filing a case in the consumer court on the wrong commitments and services but just thought of the staff at the current pandemic situation and any action from my end will make them suffer. So, I would like to advise you and your staff to please respect the customer and your commitments

    Very very bad service....waste of time and money...at .my first service not washed properly and head light also damaged ...number plate not given.....,🚫🚫🚫🚫❌❌ Dangerous.... please shut down the showroom.... totally 41 negative feed backs....in comment...🚫🚫 No proper Bill also in for the amount paid...     I went Amaravathi Honda Spare outlet. On 13th July .., That person don't have minimum courtesy,to ask the customer, what are the parts required. He thinks, people come around basing on the Honda Brand value. Finally, they couldn't deliver Soares for my Unicorn 160 Became they do not have Card Swiping machine. It's rediculou πŸ€”πŸ˜³

    Spares wise ok but service wise not up to the mark. I have given my shine for complete service, even they didn’t clean the air filter , very poor service I again went to another out side Machanic on the same day ,he done it perfectly with a less price. Now my vehicle is very good. And one more vehicle also done like that only it is Honda trigger , for that they are telling spare parts also not available .

    I want to give -(minus) score. Worst service centre. They don't change the engine oil. Using old oil and adding some new oil it will spoil the engine. Worst and worst service center in aurndal Peta (lodge center). Waste service centre. They are doing Fraud .....

    Worst service recently I have done bike service here. Worst..... worst service. It is better to have the bike service beside the mechanic shop in arandalpet. So please do visit these show and don't get upset by their worst service 😑😑

    I gave my honda aviator for service and my brother went to pick it up, they gave the gate pass as a invoice, this is pathetic, i dont know if they have changed the oil's and checked the break pads etc. Iam going to raise this issue directly with the Honda folks. My earlier service with a Honda service centre near D-mart guntur was good, never going to this again.

    This is the worst service centre i have ever seen in my life. Worst customer support. Even if you go for horn button change they take entire day. Vehicle servicing is tooooooooooooo.... Worst. Unnecessarily they suggest us to change every part. They don't care about our emergency. Unnecessarily wastes your time. Don't go for this service centre.

    Worst service. Faced many issues after getting serviced here. Water wash is also not good. Many complaints in job sheet are not resolved but they pretend they are resolved. Cost also high. Staff do not respond well to customers. They keep complaining one another about an issue
