New concept in the city, most of my friends rated average for food over here, but I am gonna rate above average. My only concern is food is not hot and all items on menu are not available even at lunch time. May be because of the rush it difficult and it can be understood. Ambience is nice. Receiving after entering inside the hotel is nice. Had a fun time from my end

Visited on 03-10-2023 Dissatisfaction at its peak .... 1400 for a non sense tasted South Indian non veg platter starter which is very bad in taste . The fish tasted and smelled like hell , which was replaced back by them , Under cooked Mutton , over spiced allam Kodi vepudu. For the quantity, quality and taste that was very disappointed . Butter naan is very bad , panner chat pata is like waste of discussion . After the discussion we were given a complimentary gulab jamun for successfully spoiling our day and tummy . We didn't dare to any more . Better Don't Go even if it's given for free.

It's was nice place to enjoy with family & friends... mostly children's are like this place... while eating the food we feel like in train... Foods items are also good & delicious... Hope we can njoy this place... 😊

We were 5 ppl and we were very hungry and we thought this place was good and we went around 2pm for lunch on my best friend's birthday which is the first of August (this month). Ambience was looking good but some bad smell was all around the hotel and the waiter was not even responding well to us , we had to call him for at least 50 times while he was a foot distance. Then he comes and takes our order of Dum Biryani (chicken) after 20mins and tells us to order something else . Then he gave us an idea to order some other biryani saying it's the best and he took 40 minutes to bring it to our table . And the people who were next to our table came ate and went while we were still waiting for the food . We waited for at least an hour for the food. Then he brought it through the train toy which looked good but the taste of the biryani was very bad . Some bitter taste came and the chicken pieces weren't cooked properly so all of us left the biryani and told the waiter about the biryani. He didn't change the biryani but brought us the feedback form . So one of us gave the feedback about the service also saying it was bad . And while we all got up and were about to leave this waiter came and stopped us saying I did my best service to you guys and this is what you all gave and please changed it , I don't even want your tip(as if we were going to give him any ) but he was very irritating so we had to change the feedback about service. I don't recommend this food and especially the service and that long time waiting.

Food and atmosphere is good. Staff behavior is not good and hence given less star for service. It seems they are under pressure to increase sales. Lot of interruptions while having food, unnecessary recommendations of high priced food items. Not good if you want peacefully have food. Otherwise food taste was good. We liked Veg Biryani and Manchurian. Atmosphere also good since it is train themed. Pricing on higher side.

Theme and ambience of the restaurant are good and innovative. Music selection should be improved in restaurants like these. Taste of the food is also not great and over pricy. mock tails or awful. Only one time visit is enough. If you look for taste you can avoid this hotel.

Ambience and service was nice. Blue lagoon from the mocktails and stuffed mushroom from the starters were nice. But, the biryani was horrible. Biryani is such an important dish in the menu, please take care of it.

Worst taste, i never eat that type of nonveg platter and biryanis ! Staff service and atmosphere was very good but food was worst ! Even staff was asking for Google reviews and they given reviews by their own in customer mobile ! Tandoori nonveg platter was awful and it was suggested by staff itself.

The Platform 65 Train theme restaurant is different from other restaurants you've seen. The food gets delivered in train, the seatings are similar to the ones in trains, the places we sit are given names of all cities and towns of Andhra. Not only kids but also adults get excited to see all of these cute things. Coming to the food, I've tasted all kinds of Veg Biryanis, out of them Paneer Biryani rocks. It's my word. You'll be surprised by the taste. It's awesome. You can try the starters, or even soup, Chinese items and others, you'll like them. If you have membership card, you'll get 15% discount on the whole bill. Definitely, without the card also the prices are reasonable and for sure you can go with family and friends.

A new theme always gets attention, so much waiting for the spot. We need to prebook the table if we don't want to wait. I tried some starters and biryani but it's a bit costly with decent taste. Not an overwhelming taste, just for the ambience and the theme we can go and enjoy. Mocktails are good.

One of the best train restaurants located in Vijayawada by kritunga's kitchen recently. Major highlight is their ambiance completely attractive. Coming to point Food is so delicious. Every dish which we have ordered are superb Ordered dishes: Manchow soup Crispy chicken Mutton 65 Mutton keema biryani Chicken fry piece biryani Felt bit spice in mutton keema biryani. Apart from it every aspect at jagavis is superb.

Good place to enjoy the food and their special attraction by delivering the food to the table by train. One thing I don't like about this place is that, it's always too crowded and it doesn't feel more comfortable for me atleast.

Ambiance is good. But staff are not responding soon. Cost is bit much for the quality of food. Overall once we can visit to experience the theme. But the place is very much huge and waiting time is more than half an hr on normal days. Weekend we can predict waiting time it will take upto 1 hr or more than that.

Biriyani taste is not good as we expect, If biriyani cost is Rs 350, They have to maintain good taste at all.

Have visited this place based on cousin's recommendation. Worth the visit. We took egg fried rice, masala and aloo kulcha, butter naan and veg curries. Spice level is a bit higher than usual. Everything tasted good. we ordered gulab jamoon + icecream for dessert and it was ok. Delivery by train 🚂 toy is the highlight and my kiddo was so excited to see come and go back. The serving lady bhoomi is super prompt and was always available for help. The parking could have been better. Waiting area and seating are good. We went on a Saturday afternoon and there want any crowd.

The restaurant is situated in the second floor and coming to cost it's a bit costly and average taste. The veg options are very limited and very few. There are very limited items for the vegetarian and max items in the menu are for non vegetarian.the non veg taste is ok at an average taste. The dining place is huge and can accommodate at least 110 member's at a time.the hospitality is very nice and very friendly environment. A very good option for the family as the main attraction of the restaurant is the train and it's serving. A very good option for family outing especially in the weekends evenings

Train lovers feast. This restaurant had great ambience, felt like we are sitting in a train. And service is great here. If there is to much crowd it is difficult to get an items early. Staff are in a dress code like a railway department like TC. Coming to food i had a veg delights this time like soups, spring rolls, mothi mushroom , kaju curry, corn panneer bhujia, stuffed kulchas. Best among the top are bhujia also had some veg rice. Felt little disappointed because food is not hot even though in a sunny day. Also train is not coming for every dish some a served directly a part from liquids. Do visit this restaurant and enjoy the trains theme try to sit in center areas beside rails to experience more trains movement.
