Very worst experience on my takeaway, I ordered around 9:07 pm now the time is 9:45pm still I didn't get my food, response from staff is 0.0001 their promise to deliver the food is 20 mins another 5 to 10 mins is a buffer time waiting more than 45 mins is not a good sign... Note : Dear Management, Give training to your employees on customer response..

Interior setting was good, we can choose our seating as per our mood., food was tasty. But there is no ac working, only 2 table fans were there. We changed our place for twice as we were sweating badly. Only 1 waiter was available, we have, waiting for 40mins to receive our order. No proper lighting as well. Not a hygiene place. Zero maintenance

Worst service they take more than 30 minutes to serve roti and curry while hotel was no crowded also me and my friends came to this hotel for my birthday treat on 14 feb while eating starters we asked for mutton biryani they over sir because of valentines day we said ok but before completing our starters and the taste also very bad especially that kaju chicken curry we dont feel that cashew taste also .we orders for biryani and they everything was over. It is around 9:30 pm only . So please make sufficient food for customers and please dont send back with hunger

Worst food taste.. Waste of money. I ordered chicken majestic as starter its not bad. I ordered roti with punjabi chicken with fully salted in curry and getting half boiled masala. Roti is like papad. Price are too high... with the same money you can accomodate famed hotels. Dont ever go there. Life loo worst food experince till now..
