In my opinion this place deserves for 2 stars. NEGATIVES: (-) The rooms do not have overhead lighting, (-) the bathroom is not ventilated. (-) the mirror lighting is not working. (-) The curtains and carpet have never been washed because they are stiff with dirt. (-) There is a lack of thorough cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms. POSITIVES: (+) The place has clean towels and bed linen. (+) Sea View. (+) Very varied breakfasts and nice breakfast staff.

Checking out with my family after 4 nights (5 days) stay, we all had a great time 👍 Location is superb with across-the-street 👉 palms & trees, spacious green blocks on a beach front to enjoy with plenty of personal space + a clean / acceptable Public Toilet. Having said that, honestly the quality of beds,Sofas, TV screens,Bathroom with the hair dryer and toiletries were impeccable 👌

It was my first experience staying at the Novotel Yanbu Hotel, but unfortunately it was very bad, even though it was only one night, as the first impression was that there was no one to help carry the bags to the room, and the brothers at the reception were not as professional in dealing with the guests and when going up to the room. The first thing I notice is the bad smell in the hotel, which resembles the smell of sewage. Unfortunately, every time I go up or down, the smell is present in all the corridors, and when I enter the room, thank God, it disappears. The smell, but other defects appear, the first of which is the bed that I sleep on does not enable you to sleep comfortably because of the iron that protrudes from it and makes you uncomfortable in sleeping, and the second is the poor cleanliness of the bathroom and the lack of soap for bathing. Unfortunately, the experience was very bad. I will not return to this hotel again, and I thank God that it only lasted one night

Enjoyed my stay, employees were welcoming to serve and answer questions. Quick to respond to any inquiries. My room was neat and clean as expected, well taking care of. I have enjoyed my stay, and will be back for sure. 100% recommend to book your room at Novotel if you ever visit Yanbu City.

I didn’t like every single thing. I am really disappointed. It was awful days there like in hell. I have been visiting many countries and cities wild world and I tried many hotels but this one was different in bad experience. first thing that you want to have it when you travel and booking a hotel the rest and comfortable but I didn’t see it and feel it in this hotel. They were doing maintenance over our room on morning so how can we sleep after that I told them to stop that because most of the guests were sleeping like us and what I got it just oh we sorry. Then i told to my self that was an accident and they will fix it next time but they didn’t they were doing maintenance again and in the same time and the same response from the staff!!!!!!!!! The carpet of my room was wet and dusty. the strange and funny thing that they have only one employee for the luggaging oh my god all the guests use the poor employee. they didn’t have more parking for the cars. There are many things but I tired tapping wrongs things. you will never seen bad service on your live like them service and I’m sure that you will not go to the same hotel doing that. I only ask for sleeping well and have some rest and comfortable.

Four Seasons price, Motel 6 quality. We paid about 240 US per night, very hard bed, lumpy foam pillows, room was not serviced at all during our stay, breakfast (buffet) was out of most items hot items when we went 45 minutes before end of breakfast service. Go to Holiday Inn instead and get your money’s worth.

I was alone on a business trip, considering few accommodation options in Yanbu i chose this hotel. Room costs two or even three times the average of other options. Was expecting a higher standard but unfortunately the lobby smelled like a fish market could be due to the rain the night before, yet I don’t see it as an excuse for such a high rate hotel I was given a room with the worst view ever (see the attached) asked the front desk to change it the following day if possible (as i was staying for 3 nights) what made me mad that when I followed this up no one at the front disk knew about it, she left no note & they promised to change it the day after but again nothing happened. Room facilities are old, toilet is smelly & too dark Some lighting wasn’t working, AC can only be adjusted manually!! You need to get up walk all the way to the entrance to adjust it. Many opportunities for a 4 star hotel 😔

It's a nice hotel with good location service is very nice and food at the restaurant is nice . You can go by 2 min walk to beach .

Honestly, it was okay. I can see why it's a four star. The breakfast has everything but is just not that appealing. You have to ask for them to clean your room or it will be every 3 days (they respect your daily privacy but twice a week is not an issue?). But it was okay and I enjoyed the start and the staff are always ready to help.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Nawaf at the reception made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

The hotel was very clean and had a sea view. The standout feature of the hotel was the receptionist, Amer, who was welcoming and friendly. He efficiently handled the check-in and check-out procedures.

Bad service un clean , i left early morning back at 3pm didnt clean the room and it not the first time . Also when i checked in the carpet was dirty

I come to Yanbu regularly for work, and I visited Novotel multiple times. Unfortunately, the second time was a bit of a disaster. I booked three nights, and the first one was in 221. I checked the room before deciding to take it. It was clean and looked good. But the following day, when preparing to work, I found that the bathroom wasn’t functional. The ventilator wasn’t working, the showerhead was broken, it leaked water, and the sink was blocked. I even couldn’t do Wodu’ properly or brush my teeth. When I went to ask to change the room, they told me you could wait until other guests did the checkout, even though I am a platinum guest. So I left in the middle of my duty to try getting a new room with a functional bathroom. Eventually, I got a new room 216, and the wardrobe was broken, so I gave up. Please do your maintenance regularly to avoid such an experience.

The security guard is very unprofessional,dont know how to talk .i park my car on the gate to pickup my guest from hotel and he was about to come but security ask me to move car to go outside the gate ,i tried to explain but he say laaa move 😑. Please bring some professional guys.

Rooms are Big, Location is good if you're going for Vacation or having work in Yanbu City Center. Resturant serves nice food , Gym , Steam , Suana and Swimming Pool are available in hotel. Room Service are not very good, Maybe You have to ask them to clean it again. Other facilities are near by the hotel.

I stayed there in 2021. I don't know about their breakfast, but their pool and facilities were good. Their room was nice and made it easy to use my laptop and charge all devices. The restroom was well-equipped. I slept like a baby there! I only wish I could have afforded to stay longer.

Its a small but beautiful hotel right in fornt of beach. They served our breakfast in room because of covid situation. And accommodated us with a nice sea view. Service is great and so is parking. Definitely recommend it

It was the worst experience ever, the toilet was unclean!!! It is not acceptable at all, the toilet was dirty with urine on it !!! the sink was dirty and stained, the bathroom wasn't clean, even they didn't change the bedsheet. I called the reception but no answer so I had to go down to ask for a solution, I informed the receptionist of the situation and that I'm not happy with that room and want to change it, the answer was no rooms available they all complete just go back and we will send the room service. Waited more than a quarter an hour then called them back told them no one had come! finally 5 min later a gentleman with a tie came and asked about the problem, I showed him the toilet with urine on it, he pulled a tissue, wiped the toilet, then flushed the tissue and said it's done !!!!! I was in shock from his behavior, I asked him for room service to clean the room, he told me they were all busy cleaning rooms the will bypass after a while !! I had to leave the hotel, cancelled my booking and gotthe refund, really not happy even after the call from the management telling me unacceptable excuses.

Situated at corniche, gives time for kids to play and enjoy at their will. Small rooms, more space needed for families. Good for corporate sectors. Flies are a big menace.
