The room was clean. it’s a really nice hotel for quite vacation. The breakfast was great! And the green ares there was nice.

I enjoyed all aspects of my stay and highly recommend the hotel and would like to thank the staff with special thanks to Mr. Abdul Rahman from the reception team for his professionalism and hospitality .

I came to this hotel for a meeting, and that is what I am going to focus on. Tana and his staff provided an outstanding venue (the acoustics were excellent) and the support team were quick, responsive, and friendly. My meeting was a big success, and Tana and his team were a big part of the reason for my success. I also enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and quiet (I slept through a thunderstorm) and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant (Jasmine) has an excellent buffet, and Chef Mahmoud (in the morning) cooks with love and is a bubbly fun person to get your morning started well. I also really enjoyed the natural honeycomb honey - a rare find and a great addition to my morning bread or toast. Highly recommended

I was there to attend a seminar organised by a company... The hall was well arranged, and I took a coffee during the seminar. Later on lunch was there and the dining area was prepared well by plenty of food options. For meetings and peace full gathering it was great... meanwhile the parking space was not so great to park your vehicle, they need to improvise in this space....

Very nice hotel, the staff is much kind, the service is excellent, and the place is very quiet and very clean. Also the restaurant is really amazing you can try different foods in one place.

Very cozy hotel with limited facilities and quite place because it's not fully occupied. The restaurant with an Egyptian chief called Mahmoud has talent in preparing dishes. I would like to thank him as other staff in front desk Saudi young people males and females. Rooms need to get updated to be noise isolated and TVs should be smart to watch Netflix or YouTube.

The staff here is amazing 👏 😍 🙌 They make sure you have everything and they are fast and thorough. Mahmoud makes the best breakfast. They food is great and the gym is pretty decent.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. They go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Only thing to avoid is asking for a taxy to town: you think they’ll call a normal taxi, however the hotel will book a car from the in-house car rental company which will charge 180 SAR each way for a 15 min ride. At least check the price before asking for a taxi. There are much cheaper alternatives.

Our experience in holiday inn Yasmin hall was little disappointing. We had an occasion two weeks back and the buffet service was less than expected for 80 guests. About 30% of our guests and family members couldn't have their dinner. And when we contacted the administration the (guests relation) supervisor he said that they had checked the cctv and told us that our guests took the food with them when they were leaving, they blamed our guests which is unacceptable, and also told us that the chef made the buffet for 100 guests how come 30 people did not get to eat?. On top of that the stage carpet wasn't on proper condition. Which led to falls. The bride herself was about to fell as well as few other people got hurt. We hope they concentrate on the details it's matters.

Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. A good variety offered for breakfast. Facilities like gym and pool are among the best one can find in Yanbu.

This was a return visit, after great previous experience a few years ago. The rooms are in perfect clean conditions, the beds are still comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. Finally the breakfast is the best of it all. The chefs create Wonderfull waffles, pancakes and omelettes, even during the current pandemic. A place will will visit in the future again and again, thanks to the service staff. Well done!
