Our
experience
in
holiday
inn
Yasmin
hall
was
little
disappointing.
We
had
an
occasion
two
weeks
back
and
the
buffet
service
was
less
than
expected
for
80
guests.
About
30%
of
our
guests
and
family
members
couldn't
have
their
dinner.
And
when
we
contacted
the
administration
the
(guests
relation)
supervisor
he
said
that
they
had
checked
the
cctv
and
told
us
that
our
guests
took
the
food
with
them
when
they
were
leaving,
they
blamed
our
guests
which
is
unacceptable,
and
also
told
us
that
the
chef
made
the
buffet
for
100
guests
how
come
30
people
did
not
get
to
eat?.
On
top
of
that
the
stage
carpet
wasn't
on
proper
condition.
Which
led
to
falls.
The
bride
herself
was
about
to
fell
as
well
as
few
other
people
got
hurt.
We
hope
they
concentrate
on
the
details
it's
matters.
