Nice and quiet, clean with fair price

Rooms are well furnished , cleaned and well lightned. Parkings is available all the time , hand sanitizer , tissues are available everywhere , following the proper government guidelines during pandemic. However , receptionist don't know English but he managed quite well. Other staff are available to help.

Overall acceptable, good place to stay. Only problem was that the tiles in bathroom are slippery and the complimentary bedroom slippers must not be worn in bathroom or be ready to have the fall of your life. Imagine being hospitalized while on a holiday in Yanbu after a fall in bathroom. Other than this. It’s a nice , clean and reasonable place to stay. Overall it’s a good place to stay. Nice spacious room. Beautifully decorated. Good facilities availble with basic supplies. Practical location with many restaurants, shops and laudrette close by. Accross the road for families. Has ramps etc for people with disabilities or pushchairs to be able to access. Helpful staff. However, reception phone staff couldn't speak English which is very important. Expect a little disappointment with bad plumbings. The shower drain was blocked therefore the water would run out of the bathroom into the hallway. Also, the water pressure for the sinks was weak. The shower wasn't well designed either with just a head on the ceiling which made it not practical for small kids and other conveniences. There wasn't a sink in the kitchen which wasn't practical. Kettle wasn't working. However, when told they swiftly replaced it. There was a cockroach in the room which wasn't a sign!

This is one of the best hotels I have visited. The staffs are so helpful. The room ah its fabulous. The price is kinda high but still you will be highly satisfied with the money you paid. Make sure your customers are happy as I was happy when I stayed.
