Beautiful place and very clean room and I like the service I was stay in room with private pool.. I love this hotel

The staff gave my personal information and a card to my room to a stranger even tho I myself made sure to tell the receptionist that I’m coming alone.

Nice place for accommodation daily bases price little high but have beautiful coffee ☕️ shop inside Hotel.

The place is comfy, clean, and neat. Kitchen has microwave, electric stove, electric kettle, big refrigerator. No pots n pans. The aircondition works fine. There is indoor swimming pool which I prefer, not being exposed in the sun.The children will enjoy the indoor playground as well. And the hotel has a supermarket. Also, there is a very good fish restaurant nearby were we always used to get our dinner whenever we visit Al Rayis.

I’ve no tissues .. no flip flop for the bathroom.. dirty matress am sleeping on .. no shampoo or soap!? Not even a coffee corner or a tea corner ?!! Bad service unfortunately for the amount of money I’ve paid.. though I heard good things about the place and came through a recommendation.. and they made me pay even more than the booking price which is absurd..

Poor service coz they don’t provide all the GUESTS NEEDS or even you feel they want to do, all the care about the money once you pay then they don’t have everything, *YOU CAN NOT CALL IT A HOTEL* HIGH COST with low quality.
