🇺🇸 Every region of Uzbekistan has its own variety of palov (osh). This one is Bukharian “oshi sofi”, and the best of it - according to locals - is served here, at an off the beaten path cafe called Magistral. 🇺🇿 Bukhorocha “oshi sofi”. Magistral degan kafeda. #uzbekplov #uzbekfood #bukhara #visituzbekistan #uzbekistan #letsguide #uzbek #узбек

Although a bit of of the center, it is worth visiting this place to try Bukhoro plov. One of the best in town they say and packed with locals for lunch. Best to visit this place between 12:30 - 14:00.

absolutely terrible place. 1. they ignore women if you are single. I had to ask another female staff to help me out. 2. the portion is a joke! I managed to eat it all and still wanted to eat something else. 3. pricy. average price for bigger portion + tea is 20000 sum. I was charges 31000 for micro portion and no tea. don’t make a mistake - ignore this place.

An incredibly tasty plov in a hidden local spot. We were tipped by other foreigners that locals come here for the best plov and we were not disappointed!

Best plov in Bukhara! If you haven't been here, you've missed the best of Uzbek cuisine!

There's a lot of information out there about a few restaurants in Bukhara, but all of that information is misleading here - don't expect a big portion with a variety of meats like you see in the photo, just a sad small pile of greasy rice with a few carrots. If someone tells you this is something special or spectacular I think it's either outdated, or a local tour guide trying to sell tickets. Confirm prices with the menu to avoid getting over charged (as with everywhere here), and expect a 10% "service fee"

Best Osh(Plov) I had in Bukhara. There is plenty of seating available on the main floor. There are also individual rooms available for a more private setting. This is a must visit at least once for me every time I travel to Bukhara.

Delicious Plov in Buxoro Style with small rice al-dente cooked and some raisins. The meat is cooked in whole chunks and than cut in pieces. We ordered it with additional very tasty horse sausage called qazi.

Amazing plov! Might be the best one I've ever had. Employees are nice but a bit forgetful. This place is a must if you're in Bukhara

👍👍 This is such a lovely spot to rest and relax! You play a flat fee and get a variety of teas along with some other treats. The value is great. We loved the homey feel and hospitality of the women making the tea. It’s simple, but satisfying and not pretentious!

👍👍 The soup! The vibrant colours of the veggies translate into the perfect vegetable/ meat broth. The cake was also tasty and the young team working there really sweet and friendly. Plus simple but lovely interiors and nice terrace to observe people strolling the streets.
