I
came
here
with
my
family
and
was
really
excited
to
have
our
first
meal
at
this
restaurant,
but
it
turns
out
that
we
left
with
a
very
heavy
heart.
I
was
appalled
by
the
way
they
disrespected
their
customers
after
a
very
small
mishap
that
happened,
which
will
be
explained
below.
I
understand
the
misunderstanding
that
happened,
but
what
progressed
afterwards
was
a
disgrace
to
not
just
the
customers
(my
family)
but
to
the
rest
of
the
people
in
the
restaurant.
It
is
very
sad
to
see
how
it
turned
out.
Some
warnings
&
precautions:
Do
not
call
to
make
any
reservations.
Usually
you
make
reservations
to
tell
them
how
many
people
are
going
to
the
restaurant
unless
told
to
have
certain
amount
of
food
prepared,
and
it
was
very
clear
that
we
just
told
them
how
many
seats
was
needed,
but
the
misunderstanding
came
from
them
thinking
we
wanted
them
to
prepare
the
food.
So
if
you
want
to
make
reservations
for
a
big
party,
it
is
HIGHLY
suggested
that
you
make
it
very
clear
to
say
“Do
NOT
prepare
the
food”
because
the
situation
gets
very
sticky.
I
would
just
not
call
altogether
and
wait.
They
had
many
empty
seatings
when
we
got
there
anyway.
What
happened
in
the
end
was,
the
owner
of
manager
was
so
heartbreakingly
disrespectful
to
our
whole
family.
We
had
an
elderly
and
young
students
with
us
and
they
made
a
whole
scene
just
because
they
were
not
clear
about
the
order
and
we
didn’t
want
to
eat
there
because
of
it.
The
service
was
bad
so
we
decided
to
leave
but
they
insisted
we
paid
for
it
which
was
uncalled
for.
So
please
just
be
careful
with
how
you
approach
it.
We
don’t
want
anybody
else
getting
ripped
off
and
thrown
under
the
bus
PLUS
the
owner
making
a
very
big
deal
of
it.
Honestly
it
was
going
way
out
of
hand.
No
customer
should
be
experiencing
what
we’ve
just
experienced.
