Very immaculate restaurant with a great outdoor shaded patio. Exquisite food but everything is al a carte and servings are modest but not small. Wonderful dining experience.

Chef Bryan’s innovative dining experience stands out as a beacon for the burgeoning fine dining scene in Sioux Falls. The decor was welcoming and comfortable, yet also elegant and elevated, with homages to the chef’s own home. The service was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. From the fall menu, we had the squash blossoms, truffle pasta, and maitake mushroom. As a vegetarian of many years, the mushroom dish was among the best I’ve had. We look forward to returning, and would highly recommend this restaurant.

The place is beautiful. The history of the building shows with all the original kept parts of this harvester building. Service is perfect by wait staff, that do their job confidently happy with ease. Food is cooked perfect and menu is creative done by skilled kitchen staff. I was pleased to hear kitchen chatter as the chefs worked as a team and prepared this perfect meal in a timely manner. Bread with the meal was unique with quality butter. I was only dissappointed because I was too full for dessert. Definately will return!💛

I’ve been wanting to check out Harvester Kitchen since I moved here last year. I finally had a chance to try it out, and I must say it deserves all the hype it gets! We went for the fish + meat tasting menu. The staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was delectable. Farm to table, fresh seasonal flavors, savory bites. I think I died and ascended into heaven while I was eating through the menu. It’s expensive, but well worth the splurge for a date night!

Took my best friend here for a birthday dinner and the whole experience was amazing! The wait staff was knowledgeable about the food and had wonderful stories around the dish and it's creation. I wish I remembered our waitress' name because she was seriously so great! The Chef definitely shows how much he cares with every dish. Super superb! Definitely will be coming back for other occasions!

Great meal really enjoyed the options from the chef. The room is elegant and welcoming with a modern vibe. Food and staff were excellent with plenty of options for all. Perfect for a special occasion.

They really make it an enjoyable and unique experience. It was professional, sophisticated, and so calm. You aren’t rushed and feel like an honored guest. We tried two starters and the tasting course- everything was absolutely delicious and unlike anything I’ve seen or tasted in Sioux Falls, or even the Midwest. As well as the host gave us a tour, and with the open kitchen policy we got to see the kitchen and the talented folks who made the food. I can’t wait to come back!

Went here to celebrate my boyfriends bday. We did the tasting menu. The food was amazing! And the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. It’s pricey, but a worth it experience to do food and wine tasting. This place is very different than others in Sioux Falls. This dish is from their plant based tasting they have now and was my favorite. 💗 thank you chef Bryan for the experince!

Everything was excellent, and service was amazing as always. This restaurant is amazing! We were in Sioux Falls last year for the unbelievably creative corn tasting menu. This year we dined on the fish and meat tasting menus. Bryan is a so talented with his mix of flavors and textures. A food magician. The service is ALWAYS impeccable. This dinner rivaled the amazing meal we recently had at a Michelin starred restaurant. We'll be back for more as we can't wait to see what Bryan will do next!!!!

Harvester Kitchen is spectacular in all aspects. Featuring meat and vegetables from local farmers, Chef Bryan ensures he has the highest quality ingredients and he knows how to use them. He's created some of the most unique and creative dishes I've had and he's right here in Downtown Sioux Falls. It's absolutely amazing that we have this level of restaurant in our city as it would be a top restaurant in any major city. I love that there's an ever changing tasting menu and the events are great culinary experiences. They're always expertly paired with wine.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Sioux Falls. The food was AMAZING. It literally melted in my mouth and I still think about how incredible it was. I would put this place toe-to-toe with anywhere I’ve been in the country. Double the seating and triple the prices and it’s right at home in UES Manhattan WITHOUT being pretentious. Stellar service, excellent cuisine. One you cannot miss.

This is a first class big city experience in Sioux Falls. You will not find service like this anywhere else in Sioux Falls. You will not find tastes like this anywhere else in Sioux Falls. Everything is made fresh and on the day you go in. Even the pastas are made there fresh on the day of. We had 4 people in our party. Two did the tasting menu. Myself and another, ordered off the dinner menu. Tasting menu changes every week. Dinner menu changes every month. You can spend $50/person or $200/person. On the day we went, we shared a few appetizers. In addition, I ordered the Monk fish, cauliflower tortellini and a couple of different potatoe sides dishes which came with the main course entrées. Also ordered the chicken. And two 6 or 7 course tasting menus. I consider my self well traveled. Educated and well versed on worldy things. There were a lot of French words I didn't understand. But i dont need to undersatnd french to know that.... i will not experience anything like this any where else in Sioux Falls. I truly lack the words and vocabulary to do this place justice. You have to see for your self. Your momma can never cook like this. And unless you pay good money to learn, you will never make food like this. I took pictures which I will post. But keep in mind, what you see here, will not be on the menu next week or next month
