The portering service was excellent, I stayed for 5 days and each day I came back the room was room was cleaned and the porter would have used towel to form one form of animal it was quite cute and puts a smile on your face. The Restaurant on the 11th floor excellent. Quiet and peaceful hotel, with very spacious room. However the water was not clear from the day I got there till I left. Also the shampoo and conditioner were out of date.

I could almost, not believe I was on earth. Their hostesses are not found anywhere else. The warm reception from the bell boy, right up the the reception is something I can't comment. Their room prices are moderate, clean, well ventilated, furnished, and of great sizes. Check it out..

During my whole stay the tap water was full of dirt, sand and rust. They kept saying they were going to fix it. Unfortunately, it was never fixed. This appears to be the case quite frequently, which I've learnt from my colleagues who stayed here previously. Unable to take shower or wash. This is not a 5-star hotel. Will refrain from staying here in the future.

Hilton is the only international Hotel in Yaoundé. It is still one of the best, although it could do with some upgrades. Overall it is still the best place to stay in Yaoundé. Try out the rooftop bar/restaurant in the evening, it offers great views over the city and usually there is a light breeze that keeps the temperature down.

Great location, great security and great customer experience. Checking in and out was pretty good. The gym is perfect. Good housekeeping. Lovely friendly staff. For Africa, I would say they performed above average. Breakfast was ahhhhmazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great amenities and great rooftop restaurant as well 😍😍👌🏾

Everything is wonderful. The only downside is the price. It is a little expensive for what they offer... but the context maybe obliges. In any case, magnificent pool with beautiful night lights and the place is in all very classy.

The Hotel Rooms are a little outdated. But the attention from all the staff is wonderful! Staff super friendly at the restaurants, reception, cleaning service. The food is also awesome in all of the restaurants in the Hotel.

It is not a brand new hotel, room furniture and decoration behind its time. Not the best but enough cleaning. Breakfast is satisfactory for many. I guess there is not plenty of choices in the city.

Had a little problem when checking in. There was no room available because Air France staff had extended their stay till about 6pm which wasn't the fault of Hilton staff. Exceptional service. Loved the fact most if not everyone who works there is bilingual. Pleased with the receptionist by name Reine who went above and beyond her duties to make sure my stay was pleasant. Would definitely be back next time

The hotel needs renovation. Rooms are old fashioned, smelly and dusty. Staff are friendly.

Nice and conveniently located. I happened to stay there while heads of African states were visiting, and security was tight and inconvenient.

The staff here is always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious with fast internet. The Executive Lounge serves really nice food every evening and the breakfast buffet has a wonderful selection each morning. This is the nicest hotel I've stayed in in all of my time in Cameroon.

Rooms are not hygenic, the sheets are moist and have fungus. The showers give BROWN water that smells like fecal matter, when calling the reception they seem to be aware about the issue that takes days to fix and we get waterbottles to wash our faces with a cloth... this not worth 5 stars! Location is very noizy!

Went to the panoramic bar of the 11th floor. Very beautiful. Thanks to the Rooftop, we have the view of the city. Very nice lounge bar

Good place in terms of safety, good health club and gym, good staff attention, bilingual, although the reception has no lobby for guests and the would be waiting area is a bar instead.

Very helpful staff. We were at the Nsimalen airport without transportation due to an internet outage. This situation was out of the control of the hotel. However, we met by chance by an hotel driver named Gervais, who was there picking up other passengers and had no more room. He took upon himself to set us up with reliable transportation to the hotel and we got there safely. Thank you.

Outstanding service, across all departments! Even after checkout, they helped us catch a flight that Air France said wasn't happening! They are a tribute to the Hilton name
