I went without appointment and took a keratin treatment and eyelash lifting, the staff is pretty attentive and nice, the service was really good and I am deffinitely coming back to try more services!

First off I want to praise the professional and warm receptive skills of y’all receptionist plus the well equipped and prompt servicing of your institute is worth recommending to my colleagues. It is definitely worth the price!

It was my first time in such a salon and I was kind of sceptical. Really, I don’t regret going there. The experience was amazing. The personnel treated me with so much respect and none of them found my questions annoying. The receptionist was indeed refine both in actions and words and well the hairdressers( In particular the one in charge of me) had really good advices. Gladstone has a very friendly atmosphere, a joyful personnel, no immersion in one’s personal life and genuine care for customers. Well, words are not fitted to explain. The team was very nice specifically Arianne who did the washing and black dyeing of my locks... She was really professional while performing on my hair from the beginning to the end as well as advising me on dye choices. This place is pretty clean and well built. Clean bathroom (very important)! The only thing now is the pricing that I found to be very high compared to competitors with the same level/quality services. Thank you.

Great customer service on arrival and all through. Initially came in for one service but finally found myself doing several things thanks to the smiles and gentleness of the staff. I will recommend this over and over to friends and family. Keep up the great work and thanks for a great time here.

Clean, good customer service. It is a small space but set up in such a way that it doesn't feel cramped. Got a manicure and pedicure. They use good products and top nail polish brands. The only downside is limited parking space. Otherwise, it was a great experience (they also offer beverage and biscuit).

I didn't have an appointment and show up at their door, the were gentle and nice. Offer me drinks and a cookie. My nails look awesome!

The service has really gone downhill since the last time I wrote a good review. They burned my face and their excuse was « you have a sensitive skin” as if it justifies it . Their hair treatment is so expensive while they barely do anything on your head . I will try other institutions before even thinking of going back there

Been in Yaoundé for 6 months now and Gladstone is the only place I go to to get my braids. Never before had such careful and diligent treatment of my natural hair while getting braids. It’s the main reason I keep coming back
