DISGUSTING! We ordered an 8 piece bucket. The chicken was way over cooked and DRY! The coleslaw tasted nice but again, DRY! The gravy was watered down to "gravy soup". Even the biscuits were "chewy"! Fortunately, you can't mess up instant potatoes. $34.00 to fill up our garbage! Something has to change at this location.

The food quality has dropped dramatically over the past few years. Not only are the ingredients no longer as fresh, but the prices are horrendous. The cookies are not made anymore and instead prepacked (bought). The employees in this establishment are also quite lousy, forgetting items and such. Chicken is not crispy and good either, as well as that, sauce is not provided in your order

Went to buy chicken combo 8 piece got home only 6 pieces where able to eat the other 2 no meat, 4 biscuits hard as a rock , potatoes were cold, no wonder nobody was in there, or maybe can't go for dinner.

Bowls hardly had chicken in it. Check your bag before you leave. They forgot both large fries.. they don't offer sauce either. Popeyes is definitely better.

This is the worst KFC I've been too. I have to agree with all the other negative reviews. Everytime I have ever went there, or if someone in my household didn't know any better and made the mistake of ordering from there, no matter what time of day, the chicken is never fresh. Always taste like it has been sitting under the heat lamp forever. Also, the department of health really needs to surprise visit this place to make sure they are cleaning their soda machine lines correctly, or IF AT ALL. The soda has always had a smell similar to a public bathroom. I don't know what it is, but its disgusting. Probably mold. For the prices these fast food places are charging, you would expect them to make sure the food being put out is fresh. I avoid this particular KFC and either go to a different town to find one with better management, or I swing over to Popeyes where everytime I've been there, it has always been fresh.

I almost didn't eat here because of reviews until I saw another person say they have been doing alot better. Chicken was fresh and amazing tonite. Staff was polite. I'm not one to write reviews but these guys seem to have taken alot of the feedback and have been making an effort so I would definitely recommend giving them another chance if you've had problems in the past

Horrible customer service, serving size is extremely small. Worst KFC I've been too, will definitely NOT recommend.

Chicken was not crispy and was not easy to drive up and order. Had to order on line Before being served. Not going to the one in SHIRLEY ANY MORE.

I can't believe one of the most important items on the list. Having roar biscuits in the middle at first I thought you went to put butter on it , but it was roar l o l This location is one of the worst Kentucky fried chickens that I eat at. I usually when I'm at work. Go to the one by schmidtown on route 25. At least when they're busy their food is good. I was disappointed with my meal. The girl at the window was very nice. Today's fast food quality has really windownhill. It's not that hard to make chicken in biscuits

I ordered a 4 piece Original Recipe meal. The chicken was hot, juicy and flavorful. The coleslaw was fresh and the biscuit was warm and delicious.

Simply this, I went to the drive through, and ordered a #1, I asked for a breast and a drumstick and cole slaw. I took the order and headed home. I discovered two very, very small drumsticks and mashed potatoes. Not what I ordered or wanted. The trouble is, I paid almost $11.00 for two mini drumsticks. Not a happy camper. The next day I went back to the store and spoke to a manager. He couldn't care less, and questioned my honesty several times, and said that I lied. I asked why would I take the time to even come back to complain..He said that I should complain on their website, which I will do. YES, it's a minor issue, but he could have handled my complaint much better. This is the new version of customer service, and we should all complain when it's appropriate. Poor standards are everywhere, Don't allow yourself to just ignore the new reality. Complain!

Was really looking forward for my food to be delivered. Was charged on my card than after half an hour it gets cancelled and was not able to get my food. What a bummer.

The food from KFC not a good taste from the the chicken is way too white and it might be Turtles and gravy or not that good do not try there I am not going back what do you guys think help SOS

I’m usually not one to complain especially about somewhere I don’t go often and I genuinely enjoy the kfc bowls. But I’m just pregnant and highly upset that they didn’t give me my fries with my chicken tenders combo. Just got home from going through the drive through and no fries.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Just 2 days ago my mom and I came here to get some food and left with something in return. STOMACH VIRUS. We have been in severe pain and bowel movements have been abnormal ever since that day. Someone in there is NOT washing their hands after using the bathroom and left us with this disgusting infection. I am very disappointed and am thinking about taking legal action. In conclusion DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!

Forgot my whole bucket of chicken didn't answer phone and individual stores cannot refund you for purchases on app. Kfc does not have easy way to get refunded had to be transfered 3x asked same info again and again Given a case number! And then they only reimbursed me for the missing bucket a bunch of sides is not a meal.
