Worst Experience. I sell people that are horrible. If you ask anything, they force you to buy the vehicle and I don't know why. I had purchased the full amount in cash but no accessories they will give and for the EMI option they will give more options. After using the bike I felt the Ather 450x Gen 3 was a waste of money. The range was not evening coming 100kms in Eco and also in sports mode not evening 65Kms. Please don't buy and don't suffer after buying it. The people in the show room are mad and they don't know how to speak with customers, Please give proper training to the people who are working. Coming fasting charging point in vizag 50% of the charging station will be in maintenance mode.

There was an issue with registration etc, though there were some initial hiccups, it was resolved very nice by the MD. Staff are enthusiastic but need to ensure that they give out true picture including possible issues that may arise and timelines too. They need to be open about the schemes etc rather than giving out old information.. Went again today for updating the software. The staff are very friendly

The product is good . But service is not at all up to the mark. The guys are busy selling but they are not attending the problems. Small problem waiting from a week's time still no response from the company or the dealer. They need to improve the service if they are selling a expensive vehicle. As per my experience don't go for the expense vehicle with out proper service. They doesn't have timeframe to resolve the service.

Booked Ather 450X. Promised delivery on 9th Dec within 1hr. Then made my father wait for 4hrs more. Then 3 more days. And after all that, TPMS is not working even after 1 week. Pathetic service from showroom who just say vehicle is delivered so what is the issue. Regret making purchase. Ather customer service team is also incompetent to make any decisions

If you are buying a vehicle make sure all the things are checked before you take the delivery. Once the machine is on the roads you should not be on the roads begging for service. Poor service.

It's great to be a part of the inaugural function of Ather Energy Showroom. Wishing more famous EV brands to come in Vizag.

Most bizzare and reckless service! Anyone wanting to get ather bike should immediately reconsider your opinion not to regret. It's been endless calls and follow ups chasing the service people. Post 3 months of purchase, I get error Factory mode, remove before sale! Which is pending for more than a month and not being resolved. Scooter is not performing because of the issue and they give false promises without fixing. This is below par service so far!

Awesome experience and a wonderful showroom, very kind and helpful staff especially jayasurya , venus and the mannager, they get work done fast. They had high patience answered every single question I asked ,I'm very impressed with that,and the bike is God dam gorgious in looks and performance too!

Everything is good, but don't go for IDFC loan. They will tell 9.2% interest rate. But after processing loan they are changing it to 16.34%. It really bad.

Sales whise they provide good information and service side they provide worst service of their service team. I give my 2nd vechile Ather 450x pro pack for 1st service and the service team performance was very poor quality.

Smooth-Moving, Stable-Running even at Low-Speed performances mesmirsed a lot and tempting me to think of go in for this scooter. But future exchanging facility with new upgrades of this company scooters, if assured, could strengthen my orientation towards this currently available ones. Overall I feel secured with this Vehicle-Drive.

Unsatisfied with the service No proper response from service manager waited for 2hrs later responded very rudely and careless answers Un professional manager unable to communicate well. Ather brand service is going down in Visakhapatnam. Will be escalate with detailed bad experience to ather group 👎👎👎👎👎
