I am regular customer for this store. Previously the making charges used to be at reasonable price. Now a days they are charging more. They are more focused on acquiring the customer by tempting them to join gold scheme. They will provide discount on the estimation if you join scheme else you will not get any discount. The estimation was done at higher making charges. Please be careful.

Khazana is one of the finest jewellery stores in gajuwaka as well as in vizag. My family is a regular customer to this store for the last 20+ years. As the jewellery is made in their own workshops, they are pure, professional, new designs every time. The making charges are also less compared to many jewellery stores. So i prefer and recommend Khazana Jewellery for any Occasion.

Always under construction and only 1 floor is open . This store doesn't have many varieties but available things are great.

This is over crowded everytime. Store is bigger in size with G and 1st floor in it. But this is not at all sufficient enough for the crowd that is coming in. No Car place at all. You need to park the car on the road which is risky for police fine attractions. Security persons are least bothered about guiding the car parking. Management has to definitely look into it. Variety will be good in store. But due to rush you peacefully can't do shopping.

Highly disappointed, this store never deliver what they promised. Manger sounds arrogant. Of course what else can we expect from Indian managers. They have no intention to help the customer. They promised me butterfly 750watts. It is always out of stock so they are forcing me to take videm brand 650w. Totally unfair and no empathy displayed. Simply says it is out of stock we can’t help it.

The item which I took is broken within 9 days.I asked them to plz exachange it.But they said they can exchange it within 7 days only.That was the saddest experience.The original cost of the item is 17000+ but they said resell value is just 13000...

I liked all the jewellery in the store I bought some gold items but one thing at the silver stall the salesman was not responding i saw at that time one old man came to buy some silver and the salesman was talked rudely,after that some college girls came and that same salesman was likely show what they want at the same time I went to him asked for some chains and he did respond I hate the staff

We didn't get inside the store. The rating is based on our experience with the valet parking staff. Noticed them making lewd and vulgar comments on the females visiting the store. That was a huge red mark for us to even consider getting into the store. Rude and uncouth valet parking staff. Dear Kazana management - "If you are reading this message, consider counselling and a good behavioral training for your staff. With the current set of folks, you may end up in loss of reputation and loss of customers".

Hera, I put the scheme before 1 and half year, that scheme is completed so I went to take the item with that scheme. My total amount is 33k and they were added 8k for total so am I taking item that costs 53k, so my scheme total amount is 41k so I payed 12k for thay item. They added amount 8k for all debits of that item.

It's located on busy Gajuwaka main road. Car and 2 wheeler parking is there. 2 floors are there in this building. Full AC ans bit crowded. Lift is there jn side. Old people can use Lift. Customer receiving is good. They will provide tea/coffee or soft drinks. But it's busy. Cash counters will be busy and you have to wait in queue. Schemes are good.

My first experience with khazana Jewelry at Vizag. The executive named govida raj really helped me and showed many items in various categories. Their receiving was good and they also enquire if the customer got what they wanted or not which is a very good thing in my opinion. Heavy rush despite me going in the lunch time. One suggestion : to arrange executive fast so that one doesn't feel they are not being treated well. Tea which they serve is not good probably because its a dip tea.

The city showroom and customer experience is better than this store in gajuwaka. It's hard to find a spot to park your car nearby. The renovation was going on at the time, maybe the cause of insufficient air conditioning. The staff are good and helpful but unable to communicate in Hindi or English. It's better to shop in the city in this regard.

the store really sucks.. khazana has become a shop of schemes. Its ok that schemes are their investment options and they get profit. But its not correct to treat customers keeping schemes in view. Especially gajuwaka branch in vizag. They only treat and greet customers who starts new schemes. Once the schemes are closed they don't even care for the customers. Hospitality is disastrous. Asking for schemes is more than displaying Jewellery.

Women love to go. They can get what they want in any style of ornaments they want. Hospitality is very gud. The way they receive us and treat us are nice......

They don't have carat checking machine to tell your old gold what is the purity, I have given my chain where they checked by doing Manual process of rubbing the gold on stone and confirmed finally 18kt. As there was no hallmark I am sure my chain purity is more than 18kt. I visited GRT and checked in they carat checking machine where they have confirmed 21Kt for the same chain. So I stopped buying exchanges from khazana as they are cheating on old gold
