Worst experience of visting this place.first of all sales person will take interest in you when you take expensive jewellery only.i purchased 4,495/- jewellery set.but the stone came out on the same day...when we went for the exchange they said exchange is not accepted they will fix the jewellery with some glue.i said give me a guarantee of the piece they said they will not ...but the manager their is orally saying it will not come out again(how will I be able to trust him?)then he said exhange is possible when will make extra amount of bill then our previous purchase so forcefully we have to do extra billing and pay them 1500/- for another item.(what a cheap strategy of them)one more thing I would like to add I have perviously select an item which was worth 2295/-it was slightly damaged but I liked it and wanted to buy it the manager their said that they won't allow it for sale but when we went for exchange it was again on display they did it just to make us pay more for another item...please don't cheat the customers ..and please ask the manager to behave properly he was so rude to us...and back firing on us

Very cheap products displayed at high prices. I purchased a fancy set and the earrings got detached on the next day itself. When I asked them about the quality of the product they refused to exchange or return. Worst quality products.
