Good ambience, decently built, and decently arranged space. Food is good, they serve mock-tails and cocktails too, Menu tried: Mocktail(non alcoholic) 5g. 4* Crispy chicken dry 4* Chicken hot garlic 3* Chicken 65 2* Butter Chicken gravy 3* Food wise its good, you wont regret ordering there, we had ordered fish nd many more items but couldn’t have as we were fed up of waiting. You have to be more smart in placing orders as they won’t remember what you had ordered half an hour ago or more, and you have to keep reminding them ur order. Overall a good place. Services need to improve!

Good place to have some time away from home. There are many halls & dining areas. Good place for destination gatherings. Pools are very good and hygienic.Food is good. Hospitality was good. Green lawns and trees look very beautiful. You get a feel that you are amidst of nature if you visit this place.

Overpriced and not worthy . Please do not fall for the exterior pics. Normal udupi restaurants have better dining than this . Food is overpriced . AC does not work and bad smell.

They have spacious rooms, we checked into a deluxe room, however it wasnt cleaned properly. We shifted to villa, villa is very spacious and well maintained. It looked like they were short staffed and the service was very slow in the restaurant. Overall they have a great property but the service needs to be improved

Frankly, we didn’t know what to expect. But I must say it was worthwhile. It was beyond my imagination. The picturesque location, the ambiance of the rooms, the surrounding greenery, it was so soothing to the mind, body and soul. As for the restaurant and the food, it was of a very high standard. Very polite and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We stated here for two nights. The location is sarisfsctory. The rooms are clean but ill equipped. The problem is with the attitude of the staff and particularly the manager, who is supposedly some lady. We had problem with hit water supply. For two days though we complained, it was not rectified. On the final day, they requested us to take bath in a different room in our corridor!!!!. That room was not cleaned. It was very embarassing, particularly for lady members to go to another room through corridor. The manager herself being a lady, hopefully could understand this...I hope. I got fed up and took the manager's number and called. She cut the call. When I went to reception, he apologised and asked me to have complimentary breakfast as a compensation. I said I want to meet the manager. I waited for almost an hour, but she didn't turn up. The receptionist told that he was helpless and he could do only this. Then we left as it was getting late. Subsequently, I called yo speak to manager just to convey that things are to be ensured and other guests should not face the problem as I did.... But again, she probably refused to speak, as one of the staff members just told me that she would inform the manager. This indifferent attitude is unacceptable

The property has water sports as well. it is strategically located around 30 km from historical sites of Aihole, Badami and Padakkal and this property can be used as the base to discover these ancient historical sites. It can also be used as the base to visit Hampi. It is a must visit if you really want to take a break from the rigors of the day-to-day life.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was also spacious. Room service was nice. Pool was clean too. Enjoyed breakfast buffet especially masala dosa. Loved and enjoyed the stay.

Good big rooms, but not properly maintained. Pillows are very hard and bed linen and blankets are not clean, some even brand new and with manufacturers stickers :). Restaurant service is not great. The buffet dishes are only available as ala carte.

There's nothing less than 5 star what they deserve. I have stayed here with my family twice in the span of one week and there's not a single negative thing we could find. I travel extensively throughout India with my pet and this place has become my recent favourite for sure. Yes they r pet friendly and the staff actually love animals.. The property is huge and full of greenery, squeaky clean and is beautiful in every possible way. They have a multi cuisine restaurant where u get yummy delicacies throughout the day. Breakfast spread was flawless with ample options to choose from. They have a park, water park , spa , swimming pool and what not. A simple walk around the property will make u feel rejuvenated. The cottages r beautifully and artistically designed with utmost priority to comfort and quality. Our cottage had 2 huge bedrooms, one washroom, a verandah and a dressing room. Parking was right in front of our cottage. There's nothing in this place which u would dislike so just pack your bags and experience this luxurious stay. We wish them all the very best . May they flourish well!

Insane disappointment. Please read below and save yourself from a disaster Recommend everyone not to go here and do not waste your money. Dirty towels, dirty bathrooms, broken mirror, missing TV remote control. No lift . Old quality poor interior. The restaurant said paper is finished for printing bill. And we are waiting for almost 60 min to settle the bill due to the poor mismanagement of restaurant. Reception staff is completely untrained. Management and owners must look into this. Travelling so far away for this hotel people expect some out of the way service and experience. We were given wrong bills after waiting for so long. If you are on a trip to Hampi, plz get some hotel close to the city area. Do not fall for the trap by looking at the photos

Very spacious room, balcony, and bathrooms, though they lack a little bit of polish. Peaceful location. Resort is over a large area, which is good. Breakfast buffet has good choice. Service in restaurant and room cleaning service is average. Staff is polite but need to be trained better.

The rooms are crazy big and good. Breakfast is AWESOME! The restaurant food we can buy is not that great. Location is a bit far from any facilities but the staff helps us in everything. Water and drinks are charged extra. Swimming pool and the amusement park type setup is small and not maintained

I absolutely loved the place. It was one of the most beautiful moments in my life and a memorable one. Starting from the route, to the location, to the rooms, food, amenities, view, stay experience, friendly staff, etc..., this is by far an amazing weekend getaway place to reside in! Price friendly is an add-on and shoutout to the great owners of the place, very friendly and sweet :)

Don't expect any good service. Extremely large rooms and property, but the service is too poor, the staff took more than enough time to get just the keys for the room. The rooms were not very clean, when it rains it looks like the entire property is leaking. The restaurant service was also very poor and took almost an hour to give food. There was some dance party going on where people were shouting and making noise,making it difficult for people to take rest. The entire service there is in sorry state. I went for a 2 days trip to Badami and stayed at this hotel. Stay was awesome. I went with my family and a pet. Everything was professionally arranged. Apart from the well done up rooms, right from the reception, the room service, bar, dining etc everything is remarkable. The staff, especially Mr. Sagar and his service staff are so courteous that you feel like to stay for few more days. Thanks.

Feel a very nice and decent stay in Resort. I stay 7 days with my family. It's a pleasent atmosphere with very polite staffs and front desk team, they are always ready to help you beyond the limit. Rooms are awesome with all required accessories . Food and beverage are very delicious and with lots of variety cuisines, it's show very hard work of kitchen team. Special thanks to the service team I appreciate their efforts to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Comfy and close to heart of the city. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and heritage places are nearby. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues.

Excellent location. Exhaustive buffet lunch with starters & welcome drink. The buffet was huge and our guests eated it as excellent. The service team was very good. The captain took care of the requirements. The stewards were indulgent with smiles on their faces. Restaurant manager gave few recommendations as well about the local cuisine.

The Resort is spread across a vast geography and offers spacious amenities to be at.It offers city view and a hill viewing opposite sides. Morning Trekking to the hill topics refreshing for mind, body and soul. Food was very tasty and delicious, perfect place for Get together and meetings. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. And all the cooking and non-cooking staffs are really maitaining very discipline And thy literally care us like a family members And the food is really awesome varieties of dishes... No wifi in the hotel, neither the tv is recharged we asked the guy at the reception for wifi and he said the technician is coming and he will fix it and its already now our check out time and i dont see any wifi. The food is okay and the property is big but rather than making it too big they should have focused on providing these basic facilities to the guests who are wfh. The hotel is too pricy and there is nothing complimentary for rs.4,500 for a night. Guys please dont waste your money here rather take a cheaper hotel where you will atleast get basic amenities

According to me best option around Badami and Pattadakal. Open atmosphere. Very spacious rooms. You will be happy if you accept that you are at periphery not in the city. Staff is cooperative. Food is good. Manager Mr .Silvio was very cooperative. Inara Oxygen Spa is good yet very reasonable rates. Renovation work is going on. Overall good experience.

Stayed at this resort during our trip to Badami. It is at an excellenat location, not far from Alamatti dam and on the way to Badami, so provides a nice stop over. Initially we booked for one night, but we liked the resort so much that decided to stay here for another night instead of Badami. Rooms are huge and toilets are clean with one of the best solar hot showers I've used. Their restaurant is great and serves good breakfast, although for those who are staying for more than one night, it would help if they change their breakfast menu at least for consecutive days, but they have good variety, so it's not a big deal. All the staff is very courteous and helpful. Their GM Mr. Savio is always accessible and tries to make sure that you have the most comfortable of stays. I would definitely revisit.
