I went in for a cut & color with Rebecca! She did an amazing job. She was super patient with me while deciding what length would be best for my lifestyle. The color she mixed up for me was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back just for Rebecca!

I like the products here, but every time I go it's a bad experience. The cashiers always pressure me for personal information and they don't back down easily, using fear tactics to get me to comply ("Oh, you won't be able to return it without a receipt if you don't!"). When I refuse to give it to them, they then ask if I know anyone else whose information I could give them. This is HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. To pressure customers to betray their friends' and family's trust and just hand over personal contact information is crossing a boundary. I'm tired of this harassment every time I visit this place. It needs to stop.

Stopped here for some leave-in hair conditioner and noticed that they've added way more brands and products! Outstanding customer service also, especially from the "hair expert" guy!

Super helpful staff! I was looking for a lip stain and all I had was a photo of me wearing it and a photo of the color of the makeup pan from the makeup artist that had used the makeup on me. The Beauty Associate was helpful in finding a match! The first lipstick we tried matched the photo of the makeup pan but was not as glossy as the lip stain in my photo of me. The second lip stain was a perfect match. And the Beauty Associates aren’t paid on commission, which means they are going to steer you to the best product for you (and not their bank account). I found this out when I went to the register. Great place to buy makeup!

Huge shout out to Laura who helped me with a foundation for mature skin. Also recommended a base which works very well. She was patient knowledgeable and skilled. Struck out with mascara (Two Faced) but was happy to transition from drug store cosmetics with the other two choice. Knowledgeable and helpful employees make all the difference. Thanks again

The hours online as well as on their store front door say they are open until 9 Monday through Saturday. I got there at 8:30 on a Tuesday & the doors were locked.

I’m so upset! I got a keratin here in August at the end and something didn’t feel right after the first wash. My hair is still completely frizzy and it did legit nothing for my hair. Well, I went for a haircut yesterday and my stylist said this is not how a keratin should look and can not tell it was done. I wasted $200. Seriously…. Please make this right ulta :(
