I highly discourage people to go there specially in case of emergency or a case that needs imaging diagnosis and the like. The health care professionals are absent in the pharmacy and ultrasound room and had to wait for more than half an hour to get examined, the hospital hygiene is poor, unhygienic and too old medical equipments, and medicines are unavailable. And also an erroneous medical report was given to me due to a careless diagnosis.

I took my mom to ICMC Hospital for some imaging, and I was really impressed with the service. The staff were attentive, especially the girl with the braided ponytail in the X-ray room her patience and professionalism were outstanding.

I got diagnosed in this hospital a couple of times. The nurses and lab technicians are horrible. I kinda like the internist Dr. Tewodros. He is so polite and treid to explain my diagnosis in good tone. I think the hospital's main agenda is to stay profitable with all the incompetence and bad attitude of thier staff.

We visited this hospital last night with two kids needing emergency care. The initial reception was good, but it ended as soon as they collected the registration fee. We saw parents waiting for a call from the doctor’s room, only to witness a young doctor come out looking uninterested and blaming system failures for not doing lab requisitions. Strangely, the same doctor immediately attended to a latecomer’s child, taking them to another room for examination. We left the place with no service. Very disappointing experience. I don’t recommend!

I had negative experience, l almost begged the reception nurse to take my mom temperature which they were supposed to do it when taking vital sign, l refused to draw blood by student nurse because of the risk of bleeding due to blood thinner medication, but they didn't respect my request the student nurse took blood and was horrible, the ultrasound technician was unprofessional l saw here gossiping my mom status in front me. The doctor was very professional and polite, l decided to complain but l expected same management and left for good looking for other professional places. I will never recommend this hospital to any one.

Doctors do not care about your well-being here. They just think of ways to get your money. We had to wait for the doctor for more than half an hour. My daughter had a broken bone on one arm and the doctor asked both her arms to be xrayed when it was clear only one arm was causing her pain. They exposed her to double the radiation needed just so they could fill their pockets. They asked me to hold her while they took her x-rays but didn't even bother to offer me a lead jacket to protect me from unnecessary radiation. After taking her x-rays we went back to the examination room and the doctor was missing again while our daughter was in pain and crying. After 15 minutes we had to beg the staff to look for the doctor again. When he came, he recommended a cast for our one-year old, however we couldn't trust him and the hospital anymore so we decided to leave and get her treated elsewhere.

ICMC has invested in modern facilities, but there have been concerns about the consistency of professional healthcare delivery. Some reviews and client experiences mention inconsistencies. In my recent experience, I noticed improvements in patient triage services. It seems they're working on addressing these concerns. While there's still room for improvement, ICMC could be a good option for those seeking private healthcare in the area, especially considering accessibility, great lab services and quick emergency OPD.

A hospital found around ጸሃይ real estate (CMC). Seems a good one. I went there for for some case and was good.
