In the midst of breathtaking views of Mt. Batur, this location offers a truly remarkable experience. The terrace provides an ideal vantage point to soak in the natural beauty. The staff, while friendly, could improve on their efficiency as the service felt a bit slow. When it comes to the food, the sweets were a delightful treat, but unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired. In terms of pricing, card payment is accepted, ensuring convenience for visitors. Overall, this place offers stunning views and enjoyable sweets, but improvements are needed in terms of service speed and breakfast offerings.

Even without a perfect sunrise Ritatkala Cafe is worth a visit. The view is amazing. People sit here for hours just enjoying the view. I came here on two separate occasions and customers were just chilling and relaxing. No pressure from the staff. Lots of seating indoors and out. Two long leather couches and tables for two and four inside. The prices for food and coffee are inline with what you would expect from a touristy spot. I had a cappucino and will admit the beans were really not to my liking...slightly reminded me of chicory. Nevertheless, it was well presented. On another day I had the iced lime and tangerine juice with sugar. Tart, slightly acidic and very refreshing. Also had the burger which was unexpectedly delicious. Top marks for such an out of the way location. This burger could easily fit in on beach street Kuta. Reasonably sized patty, fried egg over medium, processed Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Nice crispy thin cut fries included.

Cafe with a majestic view of Mount Batur and Kintamani lake, absolutely marvelous! The food was great, and we enjoyed cappuccino, fried banana, and their signature drink, Passionita. The place was bustling and crowded, so I recommend making a reservation. However, during our visit, we were seated indoors next to the cash register and noticed quite a few flies flying around. It would be better if they address this issue since they serve food, and sharing it with flies is not ideal.

Could not ask for more! This really makes my trip to Kintamani very memorable. Thanks to the good weather, we were able to see Mount Batur from the cafe clearly. It just gives you a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Food and coffe are nice. Worth spending a few hours here to enjoy the view.

The ambience here is absolutely breathtaking. The view is stunning and the food is great, especially the mochaccinnos (I could drink ten of those a day)! I spent a weekend in Kintamani and I had all my breakfasts and lunches at this restaurant. My only feedback is that I wish they were open later for dinner service, because I would have also had my dinners there too! Haha!

The pictures tell it all. All the Foods are delicious, simply order according to your appetite of the day. Pisang goreng is quite nice too. The selling point here is the view with calming Interior design of the cafe. We can actually spend half day here relaxing and chitchat among each other. The weather was nice when I visited on august 2023

It was one of my best sunrise experiences. I came on the right season and time when it was not so crowded. You can see Batur Mountain and Lake so clearly from up here. The air was refreshing. The food was not disappointing at all. I ordered green curry and hot choco, and enjoyed them very much. The staff were fantastic, I even recommended some tourist spots down to Batur, and they were so beautiful. I explored the Pura just next to Ritatkala. They are beautiful. Surely, I will visit Ritatkala again soon.
