The only positive thing about this place is the amazing view. All the stars are in regards of this beautiful view alone. The place needs to be cleaner, there are a lot of flies. Like, A LOT! The place is a bit rundown, maybe its pandemic effect. The staffs need to be more friendly! They also need to put more staffs or employees. Such a shame, its a beautiful place but the service is one star (or no star at all). This is the first time we went here. We are forced to pay for Platinum Package (for international tourist), but I am a domestic tourist. The Gold package doesn’t include towels! The receptionist gave the wrong bracelet. And I had to go through painful process to get it right! And didn’t even get it right! So unhelpful and unfriendly.

I had to pay 300 K just because I am white???? 4x!!! compared to local Place looks old and worn out, needs a lot of maintenance, service was poor, flies everywhere, we couldn't even eat properly. The only positive is the view. All the positive reviews are coming from locals they pay 75k for entrance.

If you takeaway the huge amount of flies in the areas where you can eat and drink something, which was due to the wet season in combination with the natural fertilization off crops in the area, this is a very nice club like place. Several pools with natural hot water from the hot springs. Several pools with cold/colder water. Most importantly: the view is amazing. The pools are overlooking the lake and hills.

We paid about 19 USD for a meal and access to about 5 pools ("hot springs" but the water is not very hot) with watersides and other stuff. It was great value because of how beautiful it was and we had access to multiple different spots. It was not extremely well maintained but given that this was at the base of a lake next to a beautiful mountain in a small remote village- this was expected. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out if yore in the area!

Toya Devasya is a resort and spa located in Kintamani, Bali. The resort offers a variety of activities such as camping, adventure sports, and hot spring baths. The resort is situated on the edge of Lake Batur, providing a picturesque setting for visitors. The resort has a family-friendly restaurant, a water park, and a sun terrace. The luxury tent features an outdoor swimming pool with a water slide, as well as wellness packages and full-day security. The admission fee is reasonable and includes entry, an English-speaking guide, towel, locker, and lunch. The resort is known for its panoramic beauty of Lake Batur and the fresh mountain air. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. The resort is a great place to relax and unwind, and it’s perfect for families and couples alike, the only down part is a lot i mean is lot of flys

We just went there for the natural hot springs after our Mt Batur trek. It was such a nice experience. There are a lot of hot springs in this place and the best one is the infinity one. You can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise there. The locker and washroom facilities are top class. Loved the hospitality

It's definitely for families. The ambience is different than expected, was expensive, 285k with a small meal. Lots of flies. For kids it has slides, ice cream and many zones. The customer service was great and they give you a towel and locker.

I don’t know why the review were that great!! Been here today and I’m disappointed. I do expect “hot spring” water pool to be at least “hot” water but nope. Is was “room” temperature” water. The view is amazing but this place lack of serious maintenance. Especially the shower area… is an open area with spoiled curtains. The package only provide you with one towels and if I’m using one towel for my Hot spring, I need to pay extra to Get another towel for my bathing. Nothing to see, is seriously boring. I hardly shout out to stop people from going. Is not worth the price. I’m sorry. You can do much more better. Way more better!!

Not as expected👎Very expensive and not met our expectations. The water is just like normal water we can’t feel it as a hot spring… Also the restaurants are not clean full of house flies. Can’t eat anything from that place.. Locker facilities and clean dressing rooms are there.. Staffs were helpful.. I think this place would be more enjoyable for kids.. The view is nice..

This was a great place for a family with kids. I was hoping for some really hot springs after hiking Mt.Batur. The pools were large, and festive with purple elephants everywhere which was nice to stand under. The water was warm but not very hot. There were lots of types of food to choose from which was nice and the restaurant allowed us to order till closing.

This place is a big hype and the view is beautiful and the mineral water pool was a nice experience. However It wasn't worth the 3 hour trip and the actual place is not all that pretty. The mineral pool was the nicest as it has the view of the volcano. I wouldn't go there again as I thought it would be different maybe with a waterfall.

The place is beautiful itself but flies… they have crazy many flies. You can eat or drink anything normally because your food will be full of them. Place is gorgeous itself, the view, a lot of swimming pools, relaxing atmosphere. Place is not new and need renovation but in general experience is not bad

I recently visited Toya Devasya with my family and having fun! I came here with my family by using voucher tickets. The hot spring water are absolutely beautiful, the water feels amazing and I can enjoy the beautiful views of the lake while swimming in the pool. There are also so many fun rides and attractions to enjoy. The ride that I like the most is the slide that uses tires, it feels so amazing. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are well-maintained and clean. Around the pool there are restaurants and food stands, which make it easier for customers if they want to enjoy food. I would highly recommend Toya Devasya to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day out with family or friends. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Ngl the view of this place is good but I cannot eat in peace. There are so many flies everywehere, they already provide a candle but still not working (already told the staff but they couldnt care less maybe they also cant do anything about it). For the toilet is clean but for the shower room you can't have a privacy over there... So its better for u to only admire the view here and take a bath back in the hotel , and of course eat somewhere else. So overall I'm going to give it a 2 star.

As a water park... It's awesome. Throw in the fact all the pools are warmed by the hot spring... Amazing. Then, the view. So good. Affordable food, friendly people, we had to tear our child away.

Beautiful setting on the lake but we couldn't get past how dirty the property was. Way too crowded, flies on every surface and floating dead in the water. We understood within two minutes of getting access to the facilities why it was non-refundable. If you really want to go I would suggest you pay for 1 person to go in and report back. If it is your cup of tea then enjoy. It was not ours.

Went to the hot spring and amusement park. Had a good time with the kids despite the fact that the infrastructure is pretty antic. Things started to go downslope when they blasted trance music very loud 😅 The management needs to remember that people come here to relax and unwind, not to club. Better to play some relaxing Balinese music.

A great hot-spring place to visit in Kintamani. They have nice view, direct view to Batur Mountain so while you are enjoying the natural hot-spring, you can also enjoying the view of the beautiful mountain. Wide area with various photo spots and few restaurants. The weather is very cold here.

This place was recommended by our guide. It was passable as far as water parks are... The changing rooms were not clean. There was dirty dingy water on the floors making it hard to change and keep your clothes dry. The bathrooms were either clogged or no toilet paper at all. Bring your own shampoo because there is not any here. The food was great but the millions of flies that pester you while eating is not enjoyable. The place is nice enough for families and kids. The shady part is the taxes they add to your bill at the end of your visit.

Hopefully, and God willing, we will come back! Fond memories that we will not forget. Just look at the sample pics we took from the trip, no extra words needed to describe the place. Make sure you book a room to enjoy the hot spring lagoons, so that you can plunge very early in the morning when nobody shows up yet. When else can you have a clean, hot water lagoons for yourselves?

Nice hot (warm) springs. When we went it was mainly locals and not very busy. Many of the food selections were not available except for chicken dishes and some seafood. Nice relaxing place to go where you won't spend too much money. Recommended for a relaxing dip in the springs.

Sorry to say this place is so run downed. Rust on all of the children areas. The hot spring pools many of the tiles were missing and looked dangerous. It has potential and I'm sure it was amazing back in the day. Locals love it.

The place will be more appreciated if they can put more attention to the cleanliness of their public seating areas. Their pools are considered clean, but we went there very early in the morning... so not sure about them when at later hours. Overall... all the stars go to the view we can enjoy looking during our bath...

This place was great, nice and relaxing with many beautiful baths and pools available to choose from. We arrived later in the afternoon, after doing activities throughout the day, and it was a great way to relax after a busy day. Service was good, with towels, lockers and showers provided as part of entry. Many flies unfortunately but they do give you notice and help out if there is more than expected. The baths were warm with a great view. Definitely go back for longer next time.

Great view, location is quite hard to find but no complain about the view. Service also great especially by their bartender Gek July such a wonderful person. Thank you Mbak July! Been here twice Sep 2023 and Feb 2024 the condition of the locker and shower bath was getting worse, the maintenance of the facility could be improved. There is no curtain for the shower bath. And beware of the flies, lots of them. Better to go here in the morning after sunrise viewing on Mt Batur

Nice, clean, hot spring pool. Unparalleled views. Pretty private. Showers and lockers available, towel also included. Only comment is please turn down the music as it doesn’t fit the vibe at all which someone else also said!

This place is absolutely gorgeous, water is warm and relaxing , pool bar and cave. Not so crowded, stunning view of Mt.Agung. I think there's at least 3 pools. I could spend the whole day here. Food is good too, I had smoked salmon fettuccine..delicious! There's a kids area with rides and kids pool..fun for all. Next to Mt.Batur hot springs ...

this is a good place to relax and enjoy your time in Bali, especially Kintamani. water's not that hot, it's actually warm because of the cold weather. but the place is well maintained and good👍 the only downside is the shower room is not covered one another 🙄

We had a fantastic day with the family. The view of the lake and the mountains around is so beautiful. Great pools with various temperatures. The food was also really good! To add specifics to the other comments: 1) yes there are some flies but there are many more in the restaurants around. Here the staff helps with candles against the flies. 2) yes some parts of the park need fresh paint, but the decorations are beautiful and the live plants with flowers give a great atmosphere. The staff was very friendly! Conclusion: perfect family day and we highly recommend it!

Lovely place to relax after the camping or hiking trip. The entry fee was really cheap cause we got it through traveloka. They have good showers, changing rooms, and lockers included. View was spectacular! The down side was the pool, they need to clean it regularly cause I saw a lot of mold in their pool.

Nice place to chill out in hot waters. Views are awesome, especially from the infinity pools. Showers and lockers could be cleaner. Strange exit route, the exit itself is very far from the entrance, so you have to spend some time to get back to your car.

Loved it. Unforgettable experience of hot springs. There are many hot pools and one big normal swimming pool. Luke warm water but amazing view of the batur lake. Literally enjoyed with the family. Slides are good but not great. No veg options inside. They were showing slightly high price when visited but when asked and showed them the price in website, immediately they were agreed to take with what was quoted in website. As not many people would stay for the whole day, guess they can provide options for half day and charge it accordingly.

This place is very expensive, but our driver guided us to this places to have a bath in hot Spring. They say that the hot spring is from natural water, but it seems to be like a pool with hot water. I am not sure whether it is natural water or not, also these water pools has good water rides and also they have good restaurants. This package includes breakfast and the restaurants are full of flies. Also they give us some hot candles to flies but that won’t work .

Better go next door. Batur Hot Spring got better atmosphere. Everything was overpriced. The water was not hot enough. The facilities was old and not well maintained. Especially the slides. They charge you with 10k for towel and 20k for a locker. The price was 100k for Indonesian and 75k for Balinese. Forgot the price for foreigners.

  • 5/5 Amenda R. 9 months ago on Google
For Rp75,000 a head (adults) and Rp55,000 per child , this place is worth the money. There are lots of different slides to choose from and quite a few things to do (there's also a spa for moms like me). Views of Lake Batur were amazing. I also like the fact that they added a few restaurants and bars on the property so adults can have fun too. The pools are nice and warm. Overall it was a nice all-day outing for us as a family of 7.
