We used C.Bali to obtain 60 day visas to visit Indonesia. From start to finish they were excellent, constantly keeping us updated and even contacting Indonesian immigration to double check that a potential issue with our passports would not cause our applications to be rejected. The application process may require you to spend more time sorting the required files compared to other providers, but this more than made up for by the great price and service they offer. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a B221A visa.

Canoeing was 100k/canoe/hour that can fit 2 people max. Lovely experience. Mount and Lake Batur was indeed very beautiful. We were the only one playing canoe at the time we came, and it was very peaceful yet fun. The host was also very accommodating. This is one of recommended tour providers in Bali. Definitely will come again next time.

Fantastic and unique tours! I have experienced the cycling and canoeing plus a very special Galungan experience. This included a cultural tour plus making Balinese offerings. Next trip I will definitely book for the hot springs/canoeing tour!

You really must try these guys if you want the best experience, they have a canoeing and cultural tour where you are treated like a guest, not a tourist. Also, if you are there they can give you discounted hot springs tickets

My friend and I had been trying to apply for a 60 day visa on the government website since November 2023. We were getting error messages, messages saying we were successful, messages saying our email was already used, etc, etc. We were told that we could only use the website during Indonesian business hours and we tried this with no success. Then the site closed down for a week and we started to panic. It is now close to mid January and we are travelling in Feb 2024. We started googling to look for anyone that could help us! We found C.Bali and noticed the wonderful reviews!!! We contacted them in a panic and they were professional, calming and took immediate action to help us! This has to be the best real Bali experience I’ve done in over 18 trips to Bali. Have done 3 of the tours with Rachel and Sibran and loved them all. Will continue to keep it at the top of my what to do in Bali list. I take groups to Bali annually and everybody that’s done this with me insists it’s their most favourite experience of the trip.

Was a bit skeptical at first as I'm not great on a bicycle or canoeing but Rach and Sib are great. Calmed my nerves and I had the best time. I've since done a few of their tours and every time it just gets better. If you are looking to see the real Bali these guys are the one. Cannot recommend it enough

They provide a professional and personal service that helps to educate people about Balinese culture while providing great outdoor activities. C-Bali support the local community in a way that doesn't detrimentally impact on the daily lives of the people that live there. We will be back for sure.

One of the best tours I've been in Bali. Its teach us lots about cultural of balinese and our tour guide also amazing. They understand the culture and able to teach us lots more. Must go must do this tour for sure
