Stanza Living has over 16 properties in the area opposite Reva University between the main road and lane number 6 and more under construction. The staff especially in Ronda House are fab. Vignesh is the person to go to and he has gone out of his way to make sure everything is upto speed and ready. The food has been good and the residents include students and faculty from REVA University. Each of their properties has a different set up and a price range to suit different budgets from partially furnished to fully furnished and family apartments. Impressed with the whole set up. The best part is everyone is enthusiastic and positive. If you are in Ronda or New Port look for Vignesh. He can solve stuff.

First of all.. Very much overpriced..compared to its competitors.. Food is ok..manageable.. The rooms have a undeniable stench from the generators outside.... Trust me go to zolo which offers the same sevices at a cheaper rpice.. And to to top it all off thier behaviour during the pandemic has been the worst.. Still they're overcharging us despite no one staying there.. Trust me and go somewhere else..
