One word to describe lunch experience at BB Nation at RMZ Azure, Hebbal is "Horrible". We had good experience in other BB Nation outlets. But, I would never recommend anyone to this particular outlet. We undermined all the previous bad ratings, thinking there would be some improvements. But the service manager/lead will make sure to that you have a horrible experience. Below is the list of complaints:- 1. Few Big House flies flying near food buffet. 2. Slippery floor at the toilet entrance. 3. AC was so cold that the Barbeque was not getting hot.(AC was turned off on request but started again) 4. All the veg & non veg curries in main course were over by 3 pm. Staff never bothered to refill. Upon multiple requests & waiting near buffet counter for 15 minutes, they re-filled only one curry. (we have captured video of the same) 5. We did not like the casual attitude of the service lead, who was giving lame answers for every queries. 6. Casual attitude of Service Manager & Lead for all the above complaints(Though the servers tried their best to serve). 7. Service from the guy at Live counter & Ice cream was pathetic. 8. Complementary juices were served with wine glasses & when asked reason for it, some lame answer was given.

First of all I'm sorry to say that this was a disappointing visit. The service and staff were quite courteous and I don't have any complaints. And that's the only good thing about this branch. The place is unhygienic to start with plus it was overcrowded. Flies flying around near the main course service area. The quality of food was just mediocre. The masalas on the grills were not proper most of the time. We were not served all the veg starters and the chutneys. The main course items were also not that exceptional. To be honest we found hair on a couple of dishes. As it could have been from a customer and not the staff, I don't see the point of posting it and demeaning the branch. But still this is not the experience one would except when they spend almost a 1000 bucks per pax. Overall not recommended and I would prefer the Yelahanka branch.

Good place to enjoy with family and friends. Whole range of starters from Pani Puri to dahi Puri and vegetarian and non vegetarian platter Good ambiance, good food and great service. Good spread of main course and desserts. Nice place to come for small get together and a family party and birthday celebration. Happy to be at Barbique Nation

Had a good experience still expected more menu but for the menu they had and the food they served its worth visiting.Always love barbecued Prawns and Fish of theirs,best part is for veg also they have several options which I have seen new one’s over here barbecued potato,broccoli,Tandoori Soya and stuff.Worth visiting

One of the best barbeque available. All varieties of food can be tried. Starters, desserts are the best and the service and staff were friendly and really good.

We went there at the 25th anniversary of my uncle. We have tried everything but the food was barely average. Starters:- They have started with starters and all the things are not good except one potato and onion things. the mushroom 🍄 was also so bad 😭 they just give it by little bit rosting it. Main course:- I tried there 🍜 noodles i was expecting something good from them but noodles was tasteless there without any masale. Then i told them to make it again then they made it again and this time they boiled the noodles too much with a little bit sezwan. They are using the thick noodle 🍜 which is also not good in taste. The main course was also average there are not more options provided in the main course.the taste was also average there as per reputation of barbecue nation. Dessert :- Now i come to the dessert. The dessert there was below average we tried everything there was not good. The brownie was also too viscous and the hot chocolate was not hot that almost got fridges. We tried there kulfi which they gave us with mixing faluda things that make the kulfi worse. Then we tried there ice cream that was also not good. We spent there 5800 for 7 person all were vegetarian. They charged 750 rs per person for vegetarian that was not of worth. We feel like we just spent our money at wrong place.

Visited this outlet of barbecue nation.. it was wonderful experience.. starters are show stoppers..staffs are very good especially Sign and pramod.. overall good .

The food was excellent and the team was very good and simran and uman served with smile 😊

The Service from the waiters are Good & comfortable, But the manager is not Hearing our requirements properly He doesn't care for us what we are telling to them & at the end they come ask us for give 5⭐ Rating about their services, They behave like rude this is not a Good sense of humer I thnk sooo, But the Atmosphere ambiance is very Good cleanly maintained Food quality is also average Deserts are not good when I visited Not get satisfied with that price

Not great experience to share. First of all we just walked in on new year afternoon unplanned. They told 5 min but waited almost 30 min. After seating also waited for 25 min. Few people who came later than us were served early. Food was good. Only one serving person was polite. Good thing is that they didn't charge for kids. Better to book table before going, especially on special days. At the end they told sorry for delay. If the wait time really more they could have told honestly instead of making us wait for almost hour.
