The most inhumane people I've ever come across in the service industry, booked this property through Airbnb for a small house party and due to some unfortunate events I was hospitalized and knew the plans might need to postponed. Airbnb had an option to rrquest the host for a date change and they denied the request stating we don't care about you all we care about is the booking for the current date. I even sent them the proof of me being hospitalized so that they can take things seriously but being the inhumane owners and hosts they didn't agree to it. My suggestion would be to avoid any kind of bookings with these money minded Insensitive people.

The service people are good, but the hotel manager scammed with the rooms, online it says you get the whole room and apartment but it's only sharing which isnt mentioned on Agoda or Airbnb. And when you come they make excuses on it. Rooms are okayish, fans are a bit broken and noisy, only major problem is you have to end up sharing the place.

Location is close to Manyata Tech park and approachable. Parking is limited but you should find space on the road. We took this place on lease for a 12-13 member get together. Sufficient 3BHK apartment, furnished well and with all the things needed for a service apartment. You can cook or order from outside. We did not require any specific service from them, however, the check out timings at 10AM is less and needs to be extended. Their website and information doesn't spell this out clearly.

The location and hotel rooms are nice, buy service is not really good. We booked the hotel as it has kitchen but they never gave gas cylinder.

It’s a decent budget homestay for families, students and officials. The ground floor needs some cleaning otherwise the rooms are neat and spacious

Great rooms and great service. Very reliable. Food and many other amenities are available very close to the place (walking distance). The care taker is also very supportive, polite and humble. We always recommend stay. Try once you will come again for sure! Much recommended for corporate stay! No disturbance at all.
