Visited the clinic for my health check, during my visit they having giving me a compliment physio consultation . I had already planned for an ortho consultation but since I had this opportunity I thought of utilising it . Dr.Asha has suggested me to take a 7day session since I had a neck pain . Within the first 2-3days of session it self I had got much of a relief. And at the end of session exercises were also suggested as a precaution . Thanks a lot Dr Asha for the much help provided .

She asked various things about work habit, how often we take break, if I am into sports or any physical activities to understand my problem cause. I consulted Dr.Asha who is a physio for my shoulder stiffness. The overall experience has been good. Dr. Asha patiently heared my problem and suggested various options. She made me understand various approaches to my issue, after 5 days of physiotherapy my stiffness is reduced. She has suggested few exercises, hope in coming days i will get away with stiffness completely.

While playing sports my leg was twist because of that i got pain and swelling around the knee because of that I feel pain and discomfort while walking and climbing steps for long time , Doctor recommend physiotherapy, I visited Apollo clinic I met Dr.Asha physio , she examined my leg and advice to take therapy for 10days , she started therapy with stimulation and ultrasound therapy along with excercise, everyday she uses to ask regarding pain and taking care of my leg , during treatment day by day i saw good improvement and strength in my knee and she gave me home program excercise to continue , now I am completely fine and doing good ,and she used to follow up after few days .
