It's summers now and when you enter this particular outlet there is no AC switched on . When we asked the staff they said it's ON .Then later after 10 mins of sitting we asked about the AC , then they decided to switch the AC ON . Why do they have to lie ?? Is the store m t charging us for GST and service ??? The girl in the counter is sooo least interested in her job she was busy chit chatting with her colleague instead of taking the order. I have been to many outlets of KFC but this in particular is BAD - There are flies everywhere and the staff are not great at service . Please change the atmosphere here or else you will loose customers .

Ordered a takeaway from Kothanur KFC using the KFC Official app. This is my first visit to this new store. Here goes my review: The store is located at a strategic location. The building had parking and is visible from the store. The store was well maintained. The staff was very courteous and supportive. The store has ample seating of different formats: 2 seaters, 4 seaters, 6 seaters, high rise chairs. The packaging for the take away was environment friendly and good. Good job store

They dint give me the bill. I asked for drinking water for my 3yr old kid. They denied saying i have to buy separately. Chicken popcorn had less chicken and more of crust. Forgetable experience. Will never visit again.

The team is very unprofessional, very bad service I ordered for 6 pieces of hot & crispy along with this had taken other items also it was take home but when I came home and opened 3 pieces are missing. They charge too much for one piece. After all it's not only about the money when we are hungry and can't cook we order food but when we come back home ad see this is the situation very very disappointing. These people are always same only when we dine in they serve completely. When it is take home they play they reduce and parcel it. This is not the way to make profit manager have to check on this. I will never visit this place again very bad staffs taking money and cheating.

Sad to tell that we had a very worst experience today in this store 29/03/2023 the the staffs here were very rude and disrespectful with the customers i have no idea weather they did this to me or they behave like this with everyone. Especially a lady casher who named as JESS(asper mentioned in the KFC store badge) who was in the billing counter took my order and dint give to kitchen instead of that she and her colleagues SANA ,KADHIR,DARSHAN all wer bussy in eating pizza inside the KFC store (Mentioned as OUT SIDE FOOD NOT ALLOWED) for the customers . but here staff itself eating out side food inside the kitchen. later I went to take my order wich was almost 20mins waiting time and she was dening that she dint took my order and asked me to put a mail for manager for no reason with so much of disrespect and she started giving my order wich was laying on the kitchen table from minutes wich she served without washing hands after eating pizza (outside food) it was really dispointing for me to see such hospitality in KFC . and also i noticed that many outsiders wer inside the kitchen (friends of the staffs) without any hair cap and proper uniform (pls consider as safety reason) I request KFC to take care of all this things an make sure that we won't be dispointed when we do our next visit thank you.

Food quality wasn’t good. We got chicken longer burger while it had barely any chicken in it and popcorn chicken was really bad. Compared to other outlets we don’t find that freshness in food and this is the third time we are facing this. Disappointed

Was hoping for a better experience! No air conditioning working. Staff seemed indifferent. Food was good. But this is now a regular issue at mc.d's and kfc's. Food is great.the dine in is trash. I hope you guys can work on improve this.

We, as a family, had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC, Kothanur. We ordered Classic Zinger burgers and to our disappointment there was hardly any chicken in the burger. We felt cheated and we have decided not to go to KFC (both this outlet and others) in the near future.
