The owner Mohammed Sadam holds many titles like 3X Mr. Karnataka, Overal Classic Physique etc.. I recommend this gym for people in and around Hennur to pay a visit.

Musle tech fitness is a new gym started by an ex Mr. Karnataka. The gym is very equipped with modern machines and weights. I personally felt the trainers are very helpful even if you do not take personal training. Ambience is very good. I recommend this gym for people who are looking for workout options in Hennur. As it’s not very expensive. It’s worth paying the fees. Unlike other gyms where trainers don’t even care. These guys are very helpful.
