for a business trip, it's a functionally useful and satisfactory bouquet of offers. Definitely bang for the buck. their positioning is not to compete with 5 star luxury hotels, but to be the next best offering at much lower rates. At that, they are above average if not the best. however, with time, expect them to be well known as there's honest intention to service business travellers, seen at least in urgency of the employees to solve issues

Very worst place and they have cheated the customers who come for stay. No air-conditioning. No lights in the floor. No hot water. No cable connection. Totally pathetic. Just checked in and ran out immediately. Please please don't get duped by external set up.

Nice hotel if it had food and a full drinks menu oh and towels in the room, whenever we asked for anything the standard answer was Sorry Sir no we do not have. Saying that the guys on the front desk were outstanding. Look out for the huge Rats outside they are as big as Cats and where there are Rats you got it there are Snakes. I was here because this location was near to a meeting place. First night no hot water, but later it was OK. Air conditioning wasn't working well. I didn't get wifi to my room, when I need wifi I've to walk to the corridor or to the lobby. Room cleanliness & size is good but bathroom was very small, to close the bathroom door you've to move to a side. Toilet bowl is not very clean. Bathroom floor was dirty and not cleaned well. The breakfast buffet was great, good collection of food and the service staff are great too. Front desk guys are also very much service oriented and tries to help.

Quite a bad experience due to below reasons: Delayed check in. Literally at 5pm instead of 2pm. What a shame. Food quality and taste is too poor for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This one I didn't expect at all. There is literally no taste. Only good thing is large area for parking, large meeting room and large outdoor activities place. Rest all is rest in peace.

Lots of thefts in rooms. Ground floor rooms have backside entrance which is accessible and the latch does not work properly. Be careful.

Don't stay here even if you are paid to do so. Ever heard of a hotel that has no towels... ? Well this is the one. On making persistent requests for the same, a guy showing some ingenuity came up with a bath robe to serve the purpose. 😄 Next the drainage of the loo was not working so if you waited long enough you had a wading pool all to yourself. Wonderful isn't it? The rooms are well placed with good interiors. The polish on the furniture is well preserved by the dust on it. And it saves water too. Jokes aside it is a good property going waste. So many other issues but you can mention your own, but for me I would prefer a dharamshala Or a sarai rather than stay here.

This is a service industry and I don't think they understand the meaning of service. The firs thing is it is far far away in never land. Then starts the problems. it feels like you're imprisoned without relief. The staff were extremely uncooperative. To get an extra towel or a bottle of water would take an hour or two till they were given a mouthful. To top it all, there was power fluctuations, the a/c would die, the room would heat up, though the generators functioned only light would work. The cleaning staff also were below par. It was truly a very bad experience. I have never rated this bad any other hotel but truly you guys need to pick up your socks.

Its very far from main city so only go their if you are looking for a quiet place to stay and spend weekend, not if you are gonna stay for a while and do sightseeing. Regarding the hotel, its as much as one can expect from a 5 star hotel. The rooms are big and so is the washroom. All amenities are available here like swimming pool, table tennis, carrom, dining hall and conference hall. Enough toiletries are provided in the washroom that you literally don't need to carry anything except two pairs of clothes. The conference is pretty big and cozy perfect for any corporate or wedding event. There is a huge lawn in the center for playing cricket or football. There is separate futsal ground as well. The breakfast lunch and dinner menu is good. The food quality is good as well no complains there. One issue I faced was that I was given room for checkin on time. They kept saying only few more minutes but it stretched to 2-3 hours. That is ridiculous. Also the management is not prompt here. This can be improved.

Wonderful location. Our stay at the Ramada was fantastic! It was so good, that we extended our stay for another day. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service at the restaurant was really good. Amar and Shubhankar were impeccable hosts and made sure we were comfortable and gave us whatever we needed. Would recommend this place for a nice weekend getaway. 10/10

Management is inconsistent on its commitment. Try to renegotiate whenever they get more clients for the events. They cannot manage food for bigger groups. Worst time we had with them. Not a reliable people. I have seen many people repenting having booked for the events.

The free breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a very wide spread. The rooms were clean and OK. There were a couple of destination weddings that took place here during my stay. The icing on the top was the amazing customer service experience! During my breakfast and lunch, Sonali went above and beyond in getting me something not on the menu by speaking to the chef.

The hotel is situated in Yelahanka and quite close to the airport. Check in was speedy despite our arrival in the wee hours of the morning. The hotel has two blocks and we stayed in the block away from the main building. The rooms are reasonably sized ,well equipped with amenities but the balcony was a mess and not cleaned for a while. The restaurant serves some good dishes and the breakfast and lunch buffet were satiating.The staff were quite helpful and polite. The gym and the pool are also well maintained. The locale is super ,away from the city with plenty of open areas. Checkout was also quite speedy and efficiently done by the front desk staff. Definitely recommended.

I recently dined at Ramada in Yelahanka and was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. The staff seemed unorganized and uninterested in providing a positive dining experience. The wait time for our food was excessively long and when it finally arrived, it was not cooked to our liking. Despite requesting for it to be cooked more, it was still undercooked. Additionally, the prices were high for the quality of food and service received. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be dining there again in the future.

Good for corporate parties as they have option of availing liquor in the package. They have conference rooms and projector also. Rooms were decent, neat and clean. They've got lawns, and amenities like spa, football, basketball and swimming pool. Service could've been much better: they didn't give extra key for the room with 2 ppl, food served was cold during the course of the meal and mosquitos were around in the evening.

Really well made sprawling property. No dearth of space. Lovely big pool. Facilities are well maintained. The rooms are excellent and not cramped at all like most hotels. The breakfast buffet is pretty lavish too.

Nice hotel at Dodballapur road, I visited this place for a lunch and enjoyed the food. Seating was spacious and hospitality was 4+ star as i got comfort while enjoying the lunch. Food preparation was good the menu could have made bit detailed to understand the spice and chilly level of food. Over all it is a good place to visit.

There is no separate section for party and hotel dining. We were here for lunch as we were mid way in lunch there was an outside birthday party goin on and they all were in for lunch. Everyone from the party was staring at us as if we were there for free food from their party. I spoke to the server and he didn't know what to say and smiled. Some time later the man in the blue balzer came in to ask how the food was, i gave him the same feedback he said party people had booked the entire restaurant, if so they should have told us we would have existed but again he too was clueless so far no one apologized for the bad experience. They have the audacity to put a service charge to the bill for extremely bad service with no apology. Also charging 18% GST on walk in to restaurant is not legal I'm not staying at your hotel nor did i order room service. The hotel manager was not reachable. I asked at the front desk and she gave me a card for Mr. Manu gandhi ask me to call him. She said he was there but you call him as he may not answer her request. Such a bad experience. It explains why the rest of the hotel is empty except the party guest. Date of visit 15/10 lunch time

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Most tardy and laxed service. The staff just doesn’t get you what you ask for in one go. Ask for Coffee at breakfast but then ask again and again and if you are lucky, you might get it the third time. Call for any service via the front desk - call and call again. The hygiene levels are poor. The bathrooms are in a dilapidated condition. Leakage in the sink, broken tiles. The pricing is 5 star level but amenities and service doesn’t even deserve a single star! Had the worst time staying there and will never recommend to anyone as a luxury resort. Staff quality is very poor. Refrain!

Ramada a 5 star resort located near to the airport and easily accessible. We checked in at 10am And lunch was @1pm which was served by Jamuna with lot of patience and kindness and humble in nature kindly do visit it. Thanks for the hospitality.

Excellent for short stays! The room, had a lovely balcony, was comfortable, although no bathtub was available. Encountered a minor issue with AC temp control. The food was excellent, even though the spread wasn't extensive. The swimming pool had a dedicated section for kids. They have a lawn where we can play cricket. Overall, a good experience.

We went to Ramada for an official meeting, I would definitely recommend this place to any official meetings. The quality boarding room facilities were really good, staff were quick enough to respond whenever it was required. To summarize, the stay was much below expectations from a Ramada group hotel. Here is a break up with respect to all important parameters for a fun-filled family holiday: 1. COVID-19 Safety and Sanitization: No-one ever checked our temperature when we entered on Saturday at 12:45 pm. No luggage scan or no sanitizer for us to sanitize and enter. 2. Luggage Assistance: No one assisted us with our bags when we parked our car at the entrance. We had to wait for the front desk manager to call someone after which, our bags were moved towards the lift. 3. Gym: The gym has a certain brand of workout machines which I've never seen before. Lubrication of moving parts is not done for many years which has made the utility of the equipment nearly impossible. Treadmill did not allow increasing the pace of walking, only allowed increasing the Incline 4. Hot Water for Shower: Our Bathroom in room 1223 did not get hot water. My sis-in-law had to have bath in cold water, while we waited for more than 30 minutes to get lukewarm water. Basic need of hot water was not met which is beyond criminal 5. Tata-Sky without Paid Channels - Being a Saturday, we wanted to enjoy the IPL, however, to our shock, the Setup box in our room did not have any Paid channels. We demanded the front desk to get us a setup box with sports channels and we finally got one 6. Light in room - One bright light in the room could not be switched off through the night. We had to sleep with one of the lights ON. Maintenance told us that it is the design and this light cannot be turned OFF at any cost one a guest has checked into the room. 7. Food Quality - Exorbitant price for the quality of food we ordered for Lunch. My suggestion to order from Swiggy Final Recommendation: Do Not stay here even if you have nothing to do at home.

Food was ok ok. Common Rest rooms are not maintained properly. Location is good. Sweet was counted and kept which was not sufficient for the guests when ordered buffet lunch.

Quality of food is worst, I won't ever recommend to stay there. I asked to check the TV more than 3 times but they didn't do anything.

The ambiance was good, the suit room was nicely decorated for special occasion. Some of the resort facilities were not fully opened like fish pond, herbal garden, etc. It has good walks inside the facility. The food served from B64 resturant and we felt it was a bit salty.

It was very poor service by the management. The front line manager is soo arrogant at customers. Hope the management changes the front kine manager . Who the hell is he to talk about customers behavior.

Did an event recently at this hotel. Loved the place at first sight. It's away from the hustle of the city next to a vineyard. The hotel is now well maintained. Rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The chef was kind to accommodate our request. The food was tasty and good spread. They have a big pillarless conference hall ideal for corporate events at a great price. The junior team needs to be a bit more proactive, but overall a very good experience.

Essilor Manufacturing India Ltd. Doddaballpaur organized annual sports throw ball 2021 at RAMADA. The entire ambience is good, awesome food and well behaved staff, everybody felt very happy.

Caution: Don't go by photos To share my stay at Ramada - Checked in at night around 9:30 P. M. and checked out early morning at 5:00 A. M. Rooms - Nowhere near to a 4 star hotel. Rooms seemed like a typical "highway no other option" to go types. They are renovating some rooms other rooms. Keep your fingers crossed if they meet a 4 star hotel standards Restaurant - open only till 10:30 P. M., I. mean WHAT?? And that to with limited option. I mean they don't have even a simple Ice Tea or Cold Coffee. Restaurant guy just gave me two options - Liquor or cold drink, "what do you want?" They even don't have airport drop for the guests. So if you come to the hotel and have to catch flight so you are on your own. You can Imagine my situation when I checked in late night and they told me this. Location - pretty inside with just a petrol pump next to hotel. I mean seriously. The place feel so isolated.
