They have shifted the office tried so much to locate new office but everything went in vaine no respons for phone call . I have provided new office address kindly go to this

These guys will not respond to calls (especially when we call to landline). Today I visited Bussan finance and got Toll free number (check image), call on that number and you will get required information.

Tried calling these ppl so many times. My loan is completed 2 years back but they have still not sent NOC. They only send message to clear the due when I have no dues. If I try to call them they will not respond even the regional office and the customer care. What service is this I don't understand worst loan company I have ever seen. Not even worth for 1 star.

Worst services....I hv never ever seen these kind of worst customer care...they won't even pick the call... important* they won't deposit cheques on time because of that will face a problem..it will effect our civil score..so better plz try other financial company..past one week am calling but they dint give proper respond....I went to head office(nungambakkam) I spoke with one person(staff)..he explained me very well fa him I ll give one star. But still now my problem is continuing..

Fraud company dont waste ur time in this finance i had paid all the amount still they are telling to pany 1 emi extra. They shifted the office to mumbai then how the hell customer will contact and they are not allowing customers inside office. This proves they are pakka frauds. Customer care is also not picking the call. Requesting government to take action against these scammers

Hello, I am not giving even single star for the service you are offering. Customer care people are not fit for even toilet cleaning job also. They behave like horrible than uneducated, dirty fools. All they do is misguide the customers by giving the false statements and if you ask, your phone line gets disconnected. So I suggest to this review readers, Please do not take any loan from these ____rs because i am not getting the NOC letter after paying all my EMI. Its been very long time now. Worst than anything that you think worst.

I have taken bike on finance and I have requested so many times to change my EMI date. But not received any response from the entire team. I called delhi customer care number they told me that they will change the date but didn't. I visited regional office so many time but they are not allowing me to meet anyone. Recent experience was worst I didn't apply for Moratorium but by default without my consent they had applied. Really pathetic and after that so many charges. I cleared my all dues but now they are saying that I have to pay moratorium charges which I had not given any consent. I advice people to don't take any loan or finance from Bussan Auto Finance company because they are just making huge amount and they can change the policy any time without customer consent and knowledge. If still this company is not going to take any action against this then I will approach to BO. Regards Haribansh

Worst finance service and very bad customer service. Not recommended to any loans..

It is located in center of the city near Richmond circle. Good to locate on road since it is on main road only but difficult to find in maps. BAF team is bit responsive in attending the customers n processes but the overall process time for NOC and clearance certificates is very very time taking which is almost 20 working days for certificate into our hands. My experience is just ok.

had taken r15 in dis i used to pay on time emi but all4 years check bounce . i had no options other den paying 18 k to get my noc , while getting my noc i asked discount the manager fooled me by u can pay 15 k but uwont get any loan again its ur wish i got folled and payed full 18 k

Dear friends, don't visit this address of Bussan Auto finance, office is not existing in this location, it is closed. This is my personnel experience, i visit their & confirming this. & don't no, where is new office. Daily many people are coming here & return.

Sach a third class company , no one replied no accountability, no good customer care executive nothing working properly apps also not gud

Happy with the service provided by Bussan Auto Finance. Had lost an NOC and due clearance document they had shared about 7 years ago. I only had to write a mail to their Customer Service with the required details and paid the duplicate NOC payment charges online . They couriered the document to even my changed address with minimal follow-ups. Recommend this company.

Very worst service, they are making extra charges against Moratorium periods and Loan principle extended charges. Please don’t forget to share the reviews. In Bangalore their is no Customer service support.

By Giving loan they will be good.. If we get missing a day of paying EMI Customer care people will be giving the torture Customer care people don't know how to speak with the customer and also they don't give a respect..
