One of the best hotel for the vegetarian people. Only self service available and there is limited place for service. The food was really good and nice.

Nice authentic south Indian food. If you are a north Indian then this place serves really good north food. It's a self service system and it gets slightly crowded in evenings. Still I would suggest to visit once and taste their food.

Very rude behavior of counter person. They don't greet people and not keeping queue in mind while service coupon to customer. They are least bother to give respect to customer. They are showing very awkward behavior by looking to customer. However food is tasty but people won't go only for taste self respect is also important. Other staff are very good, Service Room service is good. I am sorry to say in this global world they are giving preference in billing to local language speaking over other languages. They are showing arrogance while talking to customers. This only didn't happen with me.

Staff behaviour, especially the billing counter guy is very rude. Your business in long term is determined by how you treat your customers and do mind that you don't own them. I don't understand what's the point of such rude behaviour. Other things are good, the food, hygiene, etc, however some menu items are unjustified according to their price.

(THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY) On 1st Feb 24, I visited for dinner to Panchami garden, I sat at the service table, and we waited for 10 minutes to order food, IN between 4 waiters roaming in front of us, and no one took food order after I called the waiter 15 minutes came to take food order, after ordering food it took again 20 minutes to serve the food, while we're having food, one waiter every often he asks us anything you want, closing time as he irritated us, we can't enjoy the food properly, we left from that hotel and went to another hotel to fulfill our dinner.

The food was really good. Had idly vada, rava dosa, banana dosa (mildly sweet). But the customer service experience was bad. Just for asking how sweet the banana dosa (hadn't tasted before) was, the accountant gave me a rude reply. Need to have a more friendly environment here.

Worst parcel service, People at parcel counter are so reckless. Person in the billing counter was ignorant. Charging more for packing. Very bad customer relationship. What is the use of proving good food when customer is leaving with bad experience.

Worst experience with the counter person (chandru). I went with my family to spend good time at weekend, but the response from this guy was disgusting, and he kept on murmuring slangs at me and charged at me. This guy should be removed, people come here to spend good time but, guys like this ruin the experience and I would never return to this restaurant because of this guy. When I'feel to eat vegetarian dishes in Bagalur I'm choosing only Punchami Garden. Because of taste of food it's awesome .There is inside table services available It's very good for family. I think so people don't know it .We tried to thali meals south and North I can't compare it because both thalis are very tasty. Awesome place for a quick bite. I had an earlier experience of having breakfast from this outlet in take away mode. I liked their taste that day only. Recently, I just dropped in for a cup of coffee. My thoughts were NOT tarnished. The outlet is awesome in a single word.

Food is good but very congested environment. Mostly busy. People who look for pleasant experience on dine in can avoid. Whoever looking for just food can go. SELF Service out side and AC dine in space available but small. AC dine in service takes time for getting the food served comparatively with self service. Toilets are less maintained. It is a good place with a lot of good variety to dishes, its a veg only restaurant but the ambience is pretty much fine and you can expect a lot of people there because it's really popular but if you do want a dine in with more space they have that as well, it's really good. If u don't know kannada language, they won't take orders. They insulted an Indian Air Force personnel since he doesn't know the language. The guy taking the orders is so illiterate and rude. Wow that's nice hotel for vegetarians. I am first time went to this hotel with my seniors in my office. I don't much knowledge about their menus. But my seniors orders that . Intially they order one starter that is mushroom fry chilly I think so.. that is so spicy I thought that is chiken fry but compare to that it so superb. After we order naans and veg fried rice all are good.

Very good food and reasonable pricing. One thing to remember is - self service gets a lot crowded and food might get late so better eat in the AC room available with service. Reason food might get delayed - so many incoming orders through delivery apps and takeaway customers so self service gets delayed a bit. But absolutely great food and being an all veg restaurant, it's a sweet spot for people who wouldn't want to eat in places that serve non-veg food.

I have had multiple breakfast, lunch, dinners here. Absolutely lip smacking try out anything. I think because if there service it's crowded. One thing to must have : paneer lollipop, it's one of their specials. If the owner includes this dish in permanent in menu, I will give them 5/5 😋

One of the best affordable restaurants in Bangalore, this one also did not fail to amaze me with the variety of dishes they had. Although I visited the restaurant in a busy dinner time resulting in a bit slow service, the food was great to taste and lighter on the pocket. Went to this place for breakfast. We sat in the service section. Service was prompt and good. We ordered masala dosa idly vada coffee and tea. Everything was very good. Vada was 10/10 very crisp and fluffy and not too oily. Cost is very reasonable. Has reasonable parking space for cars. Will definitely visit again.

Service is so worst ever... I ordered food and after half and hour i had to aske them again for my order and then they told, order items isn't available. I was like.. what the hell! We have ordered for veghydrabadi curry , butter naan, manchoew soup, masala papad,lemon soda, butter naan and veg hydrabadi both are good nice taste, but i faced worst experience with masala papad and manchoew soup those are too spicy so don't order those two, it is a waste of money. This is not a non vegetarian hotel to serve more spicy foods.after that I am having burning sensation on my stomach.

Visited the place for breakfast on a Saturday morning at 10:30am. It was crowded and it took around 10 minutes to get a table. Tried dosas, medu vada and Buns. The dosas took another 15 minutes to arrive. Too oily for our liking that none of us finished them. The masala in the dosas were bland. The medu vada was one of the best I have ever had. Crispy on the outside and spongy soft on the inside. The only thing that could make me want to go back there.

Cashier is very rude, when card payment is not happening due to network error at his place he is arguing card is not good I know the place and the owner hence not making this as a big issue this particular cashier is spooling the reputation of the restaurant. One star is for the cashier and not for the food

Very good restaurant in baglur area. Price is Litt bit high but manageable because taste is good and always mentained. Only one cons I observed that they are giving more preferences to Zomato and swiggy delivery partners and you have to wait for some time. Weekends crowd is more than week days.
