Friendly Staff, extremely fast service, delicious food. Compared to all the other stalls at this mall, this stall seems to be among the reasonable and worth visiting ones. The amazing food court of this mall along with the food here really does give you the hunger satisfaction you're looking for.

This outlet is right on the side of NH - 7. They serve great burgers, sides and beverages. The seating area is large and staff is friendly. Their service is fast and hygenic.

Had a fiery chicken burger with coke . The combination is excellent. Service is good.

The staff here are so rude and denied from taking order for a stunner menu stating we have to make it a meal only they will not sell only the stunners. Very bad customer service. The branch is making their own rules and losing customers bcz of it. I had to visit KFC which is write opposite.

Not worth of money... Not recommended to anyone 1. Billing is very very slow. 2. I just ordered 2 thickshakes chocolate and mango 🥭 for my friends, taste is not upto mark, it tastes differently. I have visited burger King Jayanagar many time, i didn't faced any issues but in RMZ YELAHANKA quality of food is Nill and I wont recommend this place to anyone. 3. Location of store is wrong in Google maps and for the same mentioned address is correct it's available in RMZ mall food court.

The prices have gone up for sure in BK. And the quantity seems to have come down. But what is heartening to see is that the new menu addition. Where I loved the crispy chicken volcano.

This Burger King branch is pretty decent. The staff is kind and also sometimes helpful. The quality of burgers is so good. Nothing much to complain about. However, there is lot of crowd and queue around most of the times. So it is indeed serving good.

Deeply hurt due to ill treatment of customers. On Google it showed it's open till 11pm, went around 10:15, i totally understand that you guys had a long day but this doesn't let you scream on your customers, the person kept on screaming at the cashier to tell the customers it's closed, if you cannot keep the store open till the mentioned time on Google that is 11pm then please do mention it on Google so that people won't come, was very deeply hurt and saddened by such service. I request burger King to take action, please do treat your customers with respect.

Don't order through the app I ordered and waited for 45 mins the order did not arrive the worker called and said sorry we can't deliver ur house if 4.5 kms away and we only deliver 5 kms within 😂 and i told in the app there is no limit then he says it's Sunday rider not accepting and then when I called the manager call s are not available

They did not take order since it was near closing time of the Mall. This franchisee is one of the good quality BK outlets. So yeah disappointed they could not take order. So had Taco Bell & KFC ...both yummy.

Though the food tastes good, Chandan takes the orders and his behaviour is very rude !! Forget about greeting the customers he does not even know to converse with the customers politely. He showed his frustration on the customers without explaining the order in details. I would rate even zero for his behaviour. He kept on doing the same with other customers as well. ( to be more specific- this is from Burger King at RMZ Yelahanka)

Although outlet was empty staff took lot of time to take order. After giving order they took another 15mins for just 2 small burgers after 15 minutes of waiting when my friend asked where is the order then they started to cook🥴. Not satisfied with the service. Hope they will give better service next time.

Food is no doubt good but only one person was doing all the job from packing fries to filling up cold drinks to burgers to arranging trays and collecting the order no....so the thing that happened was order no was getting overlapped and the order was provided in the way it should be .... It was not announcing or showing digitally....that need to improve...

I loved burger king. Burger they are economic price and taste so good Maxx special burger and when you want to eat with less amount 99rs only a combo burger fries and Pepsi..... And they maintain healthily and you create your meal that's awesome....

Would never order online from these guys. Ended up getting completely different items than what we ordered. Who on earth would send 2 fries instead of 2 burgers. We ate whatever we got as we had no other option!

Worst staff experience...I ordered a fiery burger meal for 2 and pepsi was included in it. Cashier had put 20 ruppes extra on bill for pepsi. I asked like it comes with the meal why to pay more, and she told like its regular to medium pepsi. I didnt ask for it. She also was not willing to give change for the bill. I was literally asking for change and she told like its only 2 ruppees change but it was like 8 ruppees change. I fought with them, and got it and I had a really bad experience in this burger king

This is at RMZ galleria Mall. The best part which I liked that you get online offers straight at the counter. Just install app and place order from app and you have to wait at the counter for the order... That's simple it is.

Particularly this outlet of burger king is pathetic. First of all the person who’s taking orders doesn’t give complete information about the order you are placing. I ordered a regular meal for two but after billing I came to know that coke was not being given to us. When asked, they said we don’t have coke. This information was to be given beforehand if something is lacking from the main menu displayed at the outlet. And after highlighting this, I was given coke. Why would the representative hide the availability of coke when it was available ? Customer service is zero because they don’t think about the customer experience and just take orders and try to add extra stuff while giving order at additional prices without informing about the basic avaialbility of the products which a customer ordered in the initial place. Would never suggest anyone to go to this outlet specifically. The burger quality was also not upto the mark.

As a vegetarian, I usually order some fries and a burger. Reasonably priced and quick service

1. Taste is good 2. Billing can be made more faster and active. I think it depends on biller/cashier 3. Not clear information on pricing as cheese slices will be charged extra. 4. Information advertised for veg and non veg item on board are not very clear.

Had placed the order through the Burger King Android App and would recommend doing the same, as the outlet gets crowded plus the there are no discounts offered when placing the order at the counter. The only problem being there might be a slight delay in delivery of the order as compared to having it in the food court. There is sufficient space within the food court to sit and enjoy the food. Pro Tip: Check the Crown Rewards and King Rewards section of the Burger King Application for awesome discounts.

Pathetic cash keepers and combo deals, there is no chance for you to pick up single items like a single burger or a cool drink. And the staff are unreasonably rude and aren't bothered about quality of service nor taste. I had ordered paneer burger which was horrible taste, the Pepsi float quantity is off proportion. Classic Woopers were better I can say. The cheesy fries was horrible since it was fried with old oil and the cream was too sour as well.

The only reason you are getting 3 starts is because I had to wait for 20 minutes and more than 5 people got their orders before I got mine. The delay was only for the egg dishes. The fries were cold by then. Had I been informed about the delay I would have appreciated it. It's all about the service.
