Mr. Sandeep from lavender holiday is one of the best travel agency I came across.We planned out 4 nights trip in Karnataka he handled really well. We called him some 5-6 times to make sure if it is organised properly. The trip was so well planned without any hassle we did not wait at any places be it the cab, rooms, food every thing was on time. I took quote atleast at 5to6 different travel agency but lavender holiday provided the best quote with detailed itinerary. I recommend to my friends and family members. The gift is super sandeep thank you for the surprise and making this trip as one the most memorable experience.

Though I was not sure whether they will give good service but at the start of the tour i knew this is the best decision I had made. I had gone last September to Ooty Conoor -Coorg package along with my wife. The arrangements, from vehicle to driver to hotel/resorts, all was well taken care of. I would like to thank Sandeep, my tour coordinator who guided me to select my choice of hotels so that I could be happy in my own terms!! I wish Lavender Holidays all the best and would definitely recommend it to my friends/relatives.

I had been to Honeymoon trip through Lavender Holidays. From day one since i went to book the tickets and till Tour ends i had a very good experience.The hotels were good as promised. Sandeep used to get feedback of service at the hotels daily. Which i think no other Travels does.Overall i had a very good experience with Lavender Holidays. I would be happy to refer Lavender Holidays to my Friends and Families.

The homestay we stayed in Coorg was good and location was awsome..food was authentic. Everything came at a good pricec as well.

I booked package from Lavender Holidays for Coorg. They provided me a pleasant home stay with all the facilities. It was my first trip outside Bangalore with my wife. Lavender holidays fulfilled all my requirements which i requested like honeymoon decoration and candle light dinner etc. The home stay was at the top of hill without any pollution or noise in a coffee estate. My experience with Lavender holidays was amazing and will plan next trip with Lavender holidays only.

I had a good time with the travels. As they say one must see what people do when there are problems to know the company's resilience. We had our reservation cancelled at one of our reserved hotels. Sandeep was quite apologetic and managed to get a new hotel reservation within half an hour. Great positives are professional and friendly driver service. Quite a human and friendly touch by their team. You almost feel you are talking to a friend. Hats off to sandeep and his team for their support during the trip. Hi My name is Vijay, we have just returned a week ago from our trip to Shimla Kullu Manali. We went through Lavender holidays and I wanted to share my wonderful experience! The cab driver who had come to pick us up at the start of the trip in Delhi was very polite and helpful. The accommodation (resort) provided by them all across the trip was good and even service over there was upto the mark, the hospitality was indeed remarkable! Travelling to a new place, I was little worried about the kind of accommodation and service we will receive, but they exceeded our expectations and I would strongly refer Lavender Holidays to anyone who wants to plan a vacation, the entire team at Lavender Holiday is available at phone calls 24/7 for queries, if any and are very accommodating. I had a great experience with Shimla-Manali Honeymoon package from Lavender Holidays in 2010 November. Keeping that in mind, I approached Mr.Sandeep for arranging a Kerala complete car package for family of 4 (me,spouse and 2 kids). My expectations were met very promptlyand it was another amazing experience. My Itinerary: * 8 nights 9 days from Bangalore from 22nd Dec 2017 to 30 Dec 2017 * 3 nights in Munnar, 1 night in Thekkady,1 night in Alleppey,2 nights in Trivandrum,1 night in Cochin and back to Bangalore. * Munnar: We could cover botanical garden, boating in Periyar river, tea factory visit and captured beautiful photoes. Couldn't visit the Eravikulam national park due to very huge crowd. *Thekkady: Stay was nice, though couldn't plan for explicit sightseeing due to only one day stay. *Alleppey: Beautiful backwaters scenary, a lakeside resort - pickup and drop by boat. Was a nice stay *On the way from Alleppey to Trivandrum, we could visit Amritapuri and took Darshan of Mata Amritanandamayi *Soon after reaching Trivandrum, we went to Padmanabhaswamy temple on the same day evening and got blessed by Darshan * Next day we had a wonderful Poovar backwaters Island cruise that covers ride in the backwaters, to the Golden Sand beach,mangrove forests,etc and it was very much enjoyable.Same day evening, we could go to Shangumukham beach, very near to Trivandrum airport and enjoyed beautiful sunset. * Next day, we directly went to Kalady- 20km from Cochin city a holy place for Hindus because of Adi Shankaracharya's birthplace, we returned to our hotel in Cochin. *Next day, just travelled back to Bangalore with great memories and happiness.On the way, we could purchase tasty hot chips and Kerala Halwa near Palakkad. We enjoyed a package of munnar on our way through kochi The hotel is well situated for the beautiful valley view and the colonial style buildings in the area. The hotel itself is comfortable and well serviced. We wanted for nothing. The pool is lovely and big, and cold, a welcome reprieve from the hustle of the Munnar. All of this comes at a price, great location and service. I like most about the way staff behaved and proactive in providing services. Food quality was above par and I would definitely like to recommended this to all my friends, families and dear ones. I am sure you all would enjoy here. I am from Kolkata working in Hyderabad and wanted to arrange a trip with my college friends from Bangalore. I was contacting many tour operators as didn't had any idea about traveling in south India. I was also having a bit problem with the language as I don't know any of the Dravidian languages. When I landed up communicating with Lavender Holidays I found it the best suit for me though the initial request for depositing the initial advance money to a bank account of Lavender was making me nervous but I did it with the permission of my instinct and I never got a chance to regret that. The Ooty-Coonoor package was a total bliss at every point the best part was the hotel itself. The cab driver was a very smart and polite person. We found very few sight seeing spots such as the Toy train journey from Ooty to Coonoor, the Botanical Garden and the Pine forest which could beat the experience of staying in the hotel itself. The camp fire with friends in that moon light was a perk in its own. Our Tour operator Mr. Sandeep Thamankar from Lavender Holidays was himself a cherry on the cake. He can arrange any and everything for you available best in class just a call away. The whole lavender team is awesome they will call you everyday to know about your experience and grievances and will give their complete attention to your safety and enjoyment. These people take the business very seriously. I will personally recommend everyone to try Lavender once atleast.

I had been to Andaman once back on Feb 2019 and Sikkim-Darjeeling tour on September 2019. Arrangement was good , hotels were wonderful . No complains about food, trip planning- organizing. Mr Sandeep Thamankar is a very good person - trustworthy . No single bad experience. Worth of all the trips.

Lavender Holidays is the best holiday tour package operator that I have experienced in Bangalore. We went 2 days package tour to Coorg from Lavender 1. They give us best quality accommodation. 2. Sandeep from Lavendor used to follow-up every day and ensure the quality of the service 3. The CAB driver they provided was very cooperative 4. Comparing to other tour operators in Bangalore their rates are very reasonable. I am going to plan my next vacation trip with Lavender again.

Very bad hospitality. They are not worth rating. Under name of deluxe hotels, they provide low grade hotels for stay. Actually, can't even say them low grade since basis necessities are also missing in the stay. Have to rate hence had to give one star or else not even worth for that.

Lavender offered me the best price and the best service, in terms of the hotels booked, the cab provided, the driver. it was a smoot sailing holiday for me organized by lavender. I would recommend this agency hands down. I also checked other agencies, but in terms of price Lavender holidays was the best. The best part was the agency is always in touch through out the vacation and concerned about our experince.

Ooty-coonoor honeymoon package was a memorable for me from lavender holidays. Everything was good without any hassles .Hotel Gem Park is a nice place to stay with garden outside, view from there is awesome . Everyday Sandeep used to call and follow-up the things. The cab and the driver was very good and very much cooperative

This was my first trip from Levander travels. I planned Mysore Ooty Coorg and Wayanad from Levander travels for 8 days and I must say this was one of my one of my memorable trip. Sandeep had well-planned and well organised my trip looking to my requirements. Now I understood why there are so many 5 starts ratings for Levander travels. I have booked all 3 star hotels for this trip and all were neat and clean hotels. I booked Innova for this trip and One of the best part for this trip was the driver of this car. He was not just a driver but also a guide. Very polite person and covered as many places as we can throughout our journey. Also, Sandeep was constantly in touch with us and taking care that everything was going good. This we don’t see with other tour agents. On pricing part I should say Sandeep was very competitive and offer me a really best price for this trip. Only one issue we faced with one of hotel in Wayanad. They were not having good breakfast, it was just having idli or dosa or Wada no variety at all. Apart from this everything was just fine. We are looking forward for our next trip with lavender travels for Kerala.

We loved Lavender Holidays !!! Mr. Sandip is very jovial, cordial and helpful guy. We had a 4 days trip from Bangalore - Mysore - Ooty - Coorg - Bangalore, this October 2019. One interesting incident occured during the trip is that my mother-in-law fell sick during our stay at Mysore,and we decided to fallback without completing the trip, but thankfully, Mr. Sandip suggested to see a Doctor at Mysore, so that we did, and eventually everything turned out fine later, and we continued with the trip. He also managed all the preponing/postponing stuff at the hotels with ease, at no extra price. The cost of the tour was also very reasonable. Our tour guide Mr. Santosh is a very Gentle, polite and humble guy, who has also added adventure to the tour. We are really looking forward for our next trip with you guys. Keep it up. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Most important thing is hotels were very good and tour operator enquired everyday about convenience. Overall experience with Lavendar Holidays was good except for some last minute goofups by one of their travel vendors. However, Mr. Tamhankar was very cordial & supportive throughout the journey and made sure we had a smooth experience at hotels & cars.

I went on 3 days tour of Mysore and Ooty. The trip was very good. Hotel and food was okay. Staffs were very professional and kept following up during the trip for any issue. Driver Anand was very experienced and supportive. I highly recommend Lavender Holidays for trip in and around Bangalore.

Had a tour of south... Bangalore mysore coorg ooty kodaikanal...had a great experience. Everything was beautifully arranged by Mr. Sandip. Our driver Mr. Ravi was extremely cooperative and also enjoyed his company a lot. If planning for tour with lavender holidays give it a try and you will not regret.

Fraud alert. We have booked our trip to Karnataka through Lavender Holidays, Mr. Sandeep for May 2020. Advance amount of 80000 paid on Jan 2020. But due to COVID and lockdown we had to cancel the trip. We communicated and asked for refund. Even after 3 years neither the amount was refunded nor the tour was rearranged. Seldom he picks up the call, doesn't reply to emails. We have sent multiple legal notices, but they were returned stating "no such person exist". We have also lodged cybercrime complaint and registered in edaakhil for resolution. Hoping for positive outcome. Fellow travellers beware.

My grandson was totally devastated after staying in the hotels provided by Lavender Holidays. He told our chawl house is more better than this. They are Number One fraudsters. They have cheated my son Aditya and his family. I have sent this review on my all Ten WhatApp Groups with total 2,000 members spread all over Mumbai, Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat. Fraud Alert. They don't provide good hotels. Can't even tell them as EPL or economical hotels. They are worse than a dormitory or a lodge. They cut your tour in half and don't provide stays in middle of the tour package. In short, they default the tour package.

Low grade stays provided. Tour manager doesn't even pick the calls. they don't provide hotels in middle of the tour and leave you in middle of the night. There after you are all alone. they make your tour torcher and scary.

Lavender holidays organized a 12 day trip for us to the hill stations in the south of India and it was nothing short of amazing. From our pick up at the airport, hotels, tours and our wonderful driver Mr Sachin who took such good care of us. Our gratitude and thanks to the owner Mr Thamankar who called every day to ensure that we had a good day and were happy with the tour. Everything went as planned and we would definitely recommend this company as an excellent tour operator.

Worst experience with this agency. The organisation of the tour was very bad. The itinerary which was promised to us wasn't followed owing to random reasons. Also, even after complaining about the driver's wicked behaviour, the owner didn't take any action & provided us the same driver the next day which put us into an unsafe situation at a point.

They are cheaters. They don't provide even basic level hospitality. Never in my life faced such a liar tour operator. People get mentally disturbed after their tour starts.
