Went for a routine eye check up which included optometry and doctors consultation. The whole process took less than 30 min, staff was prompt and efficient. The hospital was well maintained, clean and followed social distancing protocol. Hand sanitizer were available and staff was wearing masks diligently. The place was not too crowded.

Today my father got cataract operation done today . The entire hospital team helped us a lot . They took care of insurance and gave proper information regarding claims . The surgery was hassle free and the place has good facilities

I have been going here since 2018, as does almost all my family. Dr. Vivek and Dr. Shekar are probably the only ophthalmologists you will ever need. The prices are very reasonable for the services offered, and this is one of the few places that don't try to rip you off every time.

Me and my sister had been here for our LASIK last week and I would like to personally thank Dr Archana Singh. The procedure was very quick, smooth and painless. It is a very delicate procedure and Dr Archana's precision was flawless and clear-cut. In terms of quality and affordability the hospital is very good, most other eye hospitals charge considerably more for the same thing. Only one suggestion is that immediate post-op formalities and checks should be done quickly and hassle free, apart from that everything was splendid, would recommend to friends and family.

This 1 rating is not for the doctors. They have the best ones. This rating is for the management staff specifically the counsellors named Nayana and Others. Was suggested to get CR3 procedure, but I had to follow up on getting the appointment fix which went through almost 4days. Picking cal and then mentioning will get back is never happening here. The phone number On the hospital website isn't working and there is no one who picks up. This isn't a govt hospital and I guess the management has to look into such issues which spoil s the hospital name.

It is a breeze getting care and treatment here. Very organized workflow, right reception to post op review. Everything works like clock. The surgeons are very transparent and friendly. The support and counseling staff are equally good and courteous. Few areas of improvement are parking space, post op dressing staff's (can be gentle) and the pharmacy counter is too cramped. I wish I could rate lower than what I have given, I visited doctor a few weeks ago as i had a scratch on my cornea I must say that i haven't slept for a week after visiting her due to depression even now i get nightmares . I am not eligible to comment on the medication or the treatment she gives It actually worked for me for about 50% but the real problem is she is very rude i cannot even explain how much, she won't explain anything twice, she will not understand that you are sick and she needs to be polite with you. If you ask the same doubt twice or if you ask any detail or if you call her all she does is shout at you. The most important quality for a doctor must be patience i have met a lot of amazing doctors in my life unfortunately i had a bad experience with her. I have a very dry eye and despite of telling that she did a bandage contact lens procedure to me and the contact lens fell in two days when i called her to ask if i need to coke she saidits your wish.. If i want to follow ny wish why would i pay 1000 bucks for treatment each time I am not sure about others doctors in this hospital but I definitely do not recommend her if you want a peaceful treatment and when I shared my problem all she said was get up i will remove the lens i dont have time for this discussion. If you are someone who doesn't like such people then i dont recommend her.after all who wants to pay money and get such behavior.

Came here for my wife Dr Reeta Biliangady’s cataract and as usual been an extremely awesome experience. God bless Team Shekar Eye Hospital. 21/02/2024 Came again today 23/02/2024 for the Left Eye. And as expected the experience has been phenomenal. Dr K N Srinivas is a fantastic surgeon. In fact I Dr Harsha Biliangady was operated by him in September 2022.

Dr Archana , was able to diagnose my left eye issue which other doctors failed to. I am happy that I at least understood what my issue is so that further deterioration of the eye can be stopped. I would definitely recommend the doctor and the hospital.

I would suggest you to go to Shekar hospital for cataract surgery. My father did surgery about one years ago from there left eye and today right eye.it was a really a nice experience to get treatment from excellent, well mannered and truthful doctors. They never prescribed any unnecessary tests and were telling facts as they are. The total cost was around 34k. I opted for a treatment for my father where could go home within an hour after the surgery.

My mother underwent both cataract surgeries in a span of 5 days. She is fine. We are happy. Doctors are good and so is the service by all.

I visited shekar hospital for my dad’s cataract surgery. After seeing the live surgery we understood how complicated it was to remove the cataract, as dad’s cataract was not dilated with eye drops and they had to use some instruments. Our recent consultation with Dr.Priya Sing, a retinal specialist was positive experience. We liked her approach including politeness, in-deep case analysis and the appropriate treatment.

I have been taking my grandmother to Shekar eye hospital since a year now, almost every other month to treat her glaucoma and retina related issues. The doctor and staffs here provide great care and support. The follow ups and documentations of the reports are well organised. Dr. Vivek, Dr. Sandya and others, and technicians like Mr. Veeresh have been regularly treating her and our whole family. Thank you and keep up the service.

Doctors will say what they want to say.. they won't listen to you.. Charged Rs 600 only for simple eye test without eyedrop (without dilation). I insisted to do dilation based test for which I visited this place, but they didn't do it. Not listening to the problems I am facing, but intrested in selling eyewear. I won't recommend anyone going to this place.

Well equipped hospital. Doctors speak to you nicely and give time to diagnose issue and treat patients. We have coordinators for every step of the process. Neatly maintained hospital.

We had my mother's cataract surgery for both the eyes with Dr. Srinivas and as we had received feedback from our other kins, doctor was very patient, polite and amazing. We had very seamless experience with the entire surgery process including Counseling and Insurance process with Shekhar Netralaya and Dr. Srinivas is a must recommended doctor.

I consulted on 01/12/2023, Dr Rajashekar, for cataract advised surgery on 02/12/2023, due to redness of the eye postponed. Underwent surgery R eye on 6/12 and Leye on 8/12 successfully, post operative period uneventful . ,lovely service thanks

A very well equipped hospital all under one roof. The doctors are all well experienced and quite capable of handling the patients. Add to these the front office staff are all very well trained and the way in which they handle the patients are superb and my best wishes to the Hospital and it's entire team.

No patient Dr relationship but excellent homely feeling, comfortable,atmosphere And the Dr has the ability to build confidence in the patient .which is what is reqd As if a sudden light is directing the path Hats off to her The hospital is rendering good service Thank you all
