Service to customers should b update better......the bank is private sector not an staffs

Very good staff nice and friendly

The previous Manager Suhas Udappa was unprofessional and rude. Filed a police complaint on him and he got absconded , finally got transferred somewhere. He is fit for peon position not Manager.

The bank staff are less and work are not going fast, for deposit we have to wait more time some times we face server problem branch is wast bad service

The whole team right from Branch Manager to Manager Loans and all other managers here are excellent people to deal with. Appreciate the service I have received from SBI Devanahalli branch. Special mention to the branch manager as he set an example. They go beyond to provide service to the customers. Always responsive and addressed all my queries. In this digital and virtual world it is not always preferred to visit the branch we expect services online or through email and am happy to say that I have received it from this branch.
