Huge collection for swift purchase.. I can't say you could get items for cheap rate.. But I really surprised that most of the items are so cost effective.. With the same budget I bought double the quantity of items.. I think this is very much suitable place for women top collection..

I always prefer max because of their huge variety and affordable price. I love their collections. One stop solution for men women and kids as well. You can shop for soft toys , and footwear for your kids. And footwear for men and women too. I love the place. visit once, you will also love it.. Thank you ❤️ Max

They have good collection. But they won't provide free carry bag worth of (7 Rs/ bag) if you purchase more then 11k also. So I give ONE star because they need to look customer satisfaction. Unfortunately Sorry I am not .....(Note: I ask them to provide free carry bag But they won't....)

Good collection, at a good price. The staff is friendly and helpful. A good option is if we don't get the size in the shop they can guide and help us to order online which will be delivered at foot step. Staff need to rearrange things in a timely manner for a disciplined look of the shop.

Worst experience I ever had from the Max stores. I have been to many max stores but the one located at Elements Mall, Thanisandra,Bangalore is just the worst!! The staffs are so rude and not customer friendly!! I had an issue with my bill, the staff (trainee staff) has made a mistake in my bill and added extra amount. When I went to ask about this, the response from the staff was terrible! She said to me that I should come back in the shift of the same staff who made my bill!! She was not ready to resolve my issue at all!! I haven’t seen this attitude in any of the Max outlets!! She made me wait around 1 hour to get my issue resolved!! There was only 2 staffs in the store at 12PM (The store opens at 10am BTW). I had to literally request her for my refund. I even told them voucher is also fine. But she was like I don’t know who was the billing staff, you come back later and check when that staff is present!! Dear max team, most of us are regular customers of max and we love the brand but due to these poor customer experience, we will think twice before shopping from there!! Please tell your employees to be polite to the customers!!

Loved the Shopping experience. They have great variety of home dresses, for men as well as for women . The fabric as well is quite soft and long lasting . Cherry on the top is the genuine price range . Would highly recommend the store .

Spacious mall with good food court, Games for kids, Snow bowling and kids activities, etc.... Cinema hall is ok ok... Neagtive thing is they give interval break for More than 1 screen at the same time and due to this there is a huge crowd in snacks area and washroom

Good place to shop for clothes here. I got a few t-shirts a few years ago and they're still good. Not too expensive and good offers available on select items as well. Service at the counter was good.

Whose mistake is tat , wen security tag isn't removed... !? Does customer hav to chk whether all security tags are removed or not !? Embarassing customer in front of public n apologizing privately is not accepted behaviour.

Less collection when compared to other outlets. Needs to improve customer service and response is too slow .

When I visited the store this time round, the entire store was on a 50% off. What more can one ask for!! But yes, they have seating spaces around the store which really helped me to keep my boys seated and glued to their screens while I happily shopped!

Depending on items, some are really reasonable and good buy option whereas some items are quite expensive. One need to be aware of prices to take decisions dynamically and buy accordingly. The range of items are really good though.

The worst experience with this store, none other max stores I never experienced…. This store staff are lazy enough to work and respond to the customer, this feedback give to store manager also but yeah officially writing here to ensure no other customers face the challenges to do shopping with family

It's been a pleasure shopping with Max, Always love to visit occasionally at the year end sale or festive occasions. They have good random collections. Specially for corporate and festive clothing MAX is amazing

Problem with marketing team ... They mark product have 599 onwards and when you pic them up they become 999 ... This is not a good practice.... I am a old customer of Max and please don't do this ... Mark the right price so that customer is not fooled... Rest it's a good place...

I generally shop for my kid. Liked the kids collection and all comes under my budget. Though these are simple but the quality was good according to the prices.

Max scored well where other retail clothing stores like Reliance Trends, Pantaloon, etc. failed miserably. Other stores don't carry women's salwar-kurta sets or have a very premium range that many people cannot afford. Max store had many salwar-kurta sets at very reasonable prices. Other western wear collection was also good.

This is the most pathetic store of max I have been to, I made payment and then the associate tells me they did not receive it so make the payment again, and when I made the payment again they did not refund me my money back, and I was told I will get my refund back but even after 2 weeks they have not yet refunded me my money... And the store associates were not at all helpful and there is no customer service or satisfaction, never going to shop from max store again... Absolute waste of money and time...

There is nothing much exciting about this mall, not much shopping outlets or food court. Just ok to spend some time. Only good outlet were the Max shopping, McDonald's and California burrito. Visited this place when we were having just few hours in banglore, while haulting at the transit nearby. All we did was ate at California Burrito Bowl which was decent enough. And had an ice cream at the McDonald's.

I wish I could give -100* because of their fake offers. Today I went to shop and they had this vip travel bag offer which u get for 1900 If u shop for 5999 and my bill was around 8000 so he convinced me to take travel Brie case which has 5700MRP on it instead taking 2000 off coupon I went with case blindly believing them. I took case home and when I search cost of it in amazon it’s worth only 1899. So here I lost of 2000rs coupons instead I end up paying 1 rupie extra along with GST. Hope u can understand how businesses works here in MAX. And I am permanent customer too uffff...ha ha nice marketing strategy making people believe and cheat.
