What can I say? The quality, from what we've experienced so far after 2 days, is really good. We've been recommended by a friend to get any jewellery from these guys. The sales assistant that helped us, Simran, was really helpful I'm choosing what we wanted to get in the price range we wanted to spend. Explaining how everything works with them and friendly. Will def recommend to go to their store and see their range of jewellery available.

My experience with CaratLane at RMZ Galleria Mall was wonderful. The jewelry consultant Mr. Yashwanth was very helpful.. He is excellent at his work.. helped me to get a very beautiful bracelet. I got a pretty good discount too.. They have very fine collection of all kinds of gold and Platinum jewellery. Collections are good for office wear.

We had a very good experience. We availed ear piercing service for our 2 years daughter. The staff were very friendly. Total cost for piercing was Rs.1045.00 and if you want 14 karat one then it is Rs.2100.00

Bad showroom experience. Unprofessional staff. Zero team work. Passing the buck show!!! They were not able to help us even select a right ring size for a band-ring, something so basic to ordering a ring and no rocket science. Some Mr Mushtaq over there ( or whatever his name is starting with"M" ) said we gave them the wrong size when actually they were supposed to use a "band-sizer" and not a "conventional-sizer" for selection of a band- ring. They are sitting in a branded jewellery showroom with no homework!!! The lady in charge of us was polite but inexperienced and the "good for nothing" other staff there did not step up to show any kind of involvement or team effort!!! Shame.

This place is inside the RMZ Galleria Mall, it's a Small shop, but the designs are good for both men and women, workers are customer's friendly, they have patience to listen to our requirements and show the jewells based on that. If you are planning to buy platinum and diamond jewellery I will definitely recommend CaratLane.

Had liked a product online and wen I visited the store gotto know that it was in a different store in Kolkata. But on my request I received the product in jus two days coz it was urgent for me.
