Visited the RMZ Galleria Mall outlet. Amazing collection and superb customer experience provided by Ashwini - always smiles and does not get irritated at all with multiple requests. Shopped for the second time from this store and would definitely recommend the brand and the store.

A lovely place to get jewellery which looks real but it not. Large collection of jewellery, necklaces rings, earnrings, bangles. They have it all. Friendly and helpful staff. If in RMZ galleria mall do visit.

Small store with a lovely collection. Most of the stuff is generic but quality is amazing. Always have been a fan of kushals stuff. I believe in very few but good quality pieces which I repeat endlessly and this is the only brand that has consistently kept up their quality. Very simple elegant designs.

Very pathetic jewellery, 2 out of 3 sets of earrings were broken when I came home and opened the box. 1 of them they fixed but the other one they refused to exchange. All i was asking was 1 exchange from the 2 broken. The store sales ladies are super rude. They refused to exchange broken jewelry. Really pathetic service and pathetic products.

I’m a regular customer to Kushal’s. I always had a great customer experience. Mostly I visit Kushal’s store in RMZ mall. The staff response is really great. I called the customer care for some misplaced item, the staff immediately connected to me in WhatsApp and made sure I get the misplaced item from the jewel set. They could have easily said they can’t help it. But they took that extra mile to help me. I’m really happy with service and the product.
