It was sad to see such an aspirational brand showroom have such a poor service. There was absolutely no interest shown to showcase any car, or give valuable options. Some of the cars had broken tail lamps, unclean interiors. The sales team did nothing to retain us there or feed our aspirations. All we could see was plain disinterest in what they were doing and showing. I really wish they would take this feedback and do the needful to improve. Pathetic would be a compliment.

I had recently been to the showroom. I tried calling in before going but since it was a holiday the phone never got connected. I dropped in and Mr.Balasubramanyam G the assistant sales manager welcomed us, understood our requirement and started explaining about the company and the car I was interested in. We spent two and a half hours with the car & showroom. It was by far the most interesting, informative and fun experience I have had test driving a car. To sum it up we had a great experience as compared to the competitors of jaguar & Land Rover.

I had a plan to buy car from here. But the sales executive was not ready to show the car interior and test drive. They asked me to book first and then go for the test drive ... I think they are judging customer with his dress.... But the same time I have booked from my native and then waiting for the delivery.

Choosing Range Rover Evoque has been my best decision and it’s been cemented by the after sales service for which I’ll give the full credit to Mr Chinmay Murali. He’s an extremely positive individual who’s very conveniently approachable and helps with a great ease and dedication. The brand is very lucky to have employees like him and because of this interaction I’m fully convinced that my next vehicle will be a Range River too. Worst service Please don't trust service people and don't leave the car If you leave the car for service at show room the service people will remove the good parts from vehicle and the service manager will inform you to replace the part as the part is damaged but before leaving the vehicle to service the parts will be in good condition
