Was “served” by this rude and sarcastic staff at around 1105am on 11 Mar 2023. Served is too polite to even be used here. Asked for the currency exchange rate to sell my MYR for SGD and he replied to me sarcastically by making unnecessary remarks. For members of the public, please take a good look at his face (in my photo) and avoid him like the plague if you don’t appreciate rude service. One of the worst money changer I encountered and don’t know how to handle queries even when there wasn’t any queue during my visit. Regretted not looking at the poor google reviews beforehand. The google reviews by others really speak volume of the poor service and attitude. Try doing business with them at your risk.

DO NOT COME HERE Mediocre conversion rates and terrible service by a arrogant, impatient fella. Ask and clarify a bit and still show so much attitude.The rating of this shop speaks volumes. You are definitely much better off going to another money exchange.

I think money exchanger should always give a reasonable price without customers asking what is the buying or selling price. Exchanged RM200 back to SGD at rate of 0.28. The worst rate I ever gotten.

Poor service attitude! Asked for smaller changes to bao angbao but the reply I got was to go to Malaysia Maybank to change! Refused to adhere to my request. Change at your own risk.
