Dr. Chen De Quan is a very kind-hearted person, he does so much better than what I expected from a GP. Being thru a period of depression due to some health issues, he’s the doctor who always so care and concerned. Professionals everywhere but good doctor is hard to come by, I do understand no human is perfect, and doctors are human too, but Dr. Chen is the 1st doctor that I can fully trust. He’s the only doctor who makes me feel that “I’m not fighting alone”. My appreciation to Dr. Chen for the help and patience, thanks for everything and you are the best doctor I have ever met.

I am giving five stars to this clinic, all the staffs here are very pleasant and nice. The lady who were attending to me giving asking me to declare the declaration form on the 27th July 2022. As well as the dispense side, the lady was very nice she had explained to me how to do the stool and urine test. The lady name Siti doing the registration side is very cheerful and always puts a smile on her face, giving her a big thumbs up. Dr Chen De Quan is a very nice doctor and being very patient with me. A big thumbs for this clinic services.

This is the first place we go whenever we are not well, even my kids, who are grown ups now. All the staff are very friendly and Dr Chen, Dr Tham both are very good doctors, have excellent diagnostic skills. Our family always prefer this clinic over many other clinics in our neighbourhood.We Wish them all the best.

Good admin staff who are always looking into the wellbeing of the patients. Feverish patients are separated from others to prevent cross infection. Drs shows genuine care. Good healthcare team.

Horrible experience today at the clinic on 8th April 23 @2000hrs The young doctor on duty is tremendously lacking the etiquette of a doctor. Empathy is non existence to him and regrettably his diagnosis on my wife’s common migraine took a new twist and that is…it’s a sign of a stroke..Really??? Being seeing a few doctors before about this same illness and none..allow me to reiterate..NONE..have a concurred to his finding..! What an Arrogant with attitude DOCTOR when our expression shows a bit of shock and thru his exact words I quote …’you are not concerned bcos I can see your body language’….What!!! Took a cab at that hour to see a GP and accusing me that I’m not concerned ??? Lucky I managed to control myself from spewing any vulgarities or act of violence towards him..You can verify it thru your CCTV when I ask your front desk whether the CCTVs are working. They replied yes!. Before returning home, I brought my wife to HeartlandHealth clinic and surprisingly the doctor on duty did the normal routine check and treated it as a common migraine only.. See 2 doctors on the same day and having 2 totally different diagnosis… What sort of an establishment are you all trying to portray to the heartlanders?? That your clinic is a training ground for all the wannnabe so called doctors!

Would give 0 stars if google allows me to do so. I totally understand the lack of manpower, but at least hire someone who can do ART properly & someone who’s able to check the results properly too?!?! isnt ART supposed to be just 2-3cm deep? It felt like PCR when the doctor did it. Poking it all the way up & twisting turning when he clearly saw how uncomfortable my face was already. And you know what’s the best part?? I clearly saw a faint line but the doctor said it was negative. He gave me two days MC at the start, told me to rest blah blah blah. Only after I told him that there’s a faint line at ‘T’, not just reminding him to check once but TWICE, then he said it’s positive. Im sure everyone know that the kit is suppose to be monitored for 10-15minutes right?? You can’t just tell someone they are negative in less than 30sec AFTER poking my nose. Kindly let me know the doctor’s name, will def avoid & remind everyone to avoid going to EHA when he is on duty. Rest assured, the other 2 doctors I saw at EHA previously were solid 10/10. UPDATE: 435PM i went to clinic in the morning and was the 3rd person to see the doctor. As a covid positive patient, I’m suppose to go straight home after seeing doctor. But the clinic called me and said that they charged me the incorrect fees, and wants me to go back to pay the additional sum. First of all, it’s not my fault that you charge me wrongly. I barely even know how much the medication were and I always pay the amount i was told. So when i went back to pay up the additions fees, I didn’t ask anything else because I know the cashier will know her job better than me. Like i said, i will pay any amount i was told to, and all i wanted at that point of time was to go home and rest. So i paid additional $20 on top of the $31 i paid previously, adding up to $51 in total (BOTH USING NETS). I went home to rest, left my phone on silent. I woke up with 2 missed calls from EHA, was expecting a follow up regarding my review. But guess what, it was a call to tell me that YOUR CASHIER charged the wrong amount again for the 2nd time. And she even dare to say that I have to pay the $5 before I can see doctor at EHA??? How is your negligence my problem? All i did was to key in my pin number. This is super ridiculous. If i gave the wrong amount of cash or if i press the wrong amount on nets machine, I would gladly admit it’s my fault, but this is clearly your staff fault for not checking the charges and keyed the wrong amount on the nets machine right? Not just once but twice. So now it’s not just doctor but the staff as well?

I saw the high ratings of this clinic and expected better service. Unfortunately the doctor came in only at 9:40am, when the clinic opens at 9am. There was still 8 patients in line at 10am, much of us who arrived early. Most of us were all coughing and uncomfortable, and still had to endure the long waiting time due to this clinic’s inefficiency. Will not be coming back as one may have to burn 3-4 hours just for a simple consult and basic medication. Please be warned of the extreme waiting time.

5 stars for their unprofessionalism. My dad self tested ART show Covid positive result. He then went to this clinic, the "professionals" tested for him and the result was negative. He then self tested yesterday and the result was positive. See the picture below. How can they make such mistakes? I thought it was just negligence in this case, but after reading the reviews, turns out their unprofessionalism is the norm. Their license should be revoked. Stop causing harm to your patients.

Dr chen de guan is so great 👍. He preformed small surgery on my back. His so skillful in removing my black head efficiently and without any pain.Appreciate his help and his kindness. He keep talking to me to soothe my anxiety and worry. He deserves to be compliment. Thankful to you Dr chen for your excellent service. Kodos to doc chen. There are a lot of clinics at this area but this is the best clinic! Waiting times is reasonable - nurses are very polite and approachable. Doctor is also detailed in checking my daughter + myself. Thank you for the remarkable service!

My regular family doctor is here. Although no one enjoys being sick and going to a doctor, EHA made doctor visits simple by having friendly staff at the counter, and making explanations for medication clear. I also like how questions are answered clearly by the doctor and I am at ease within the clinic.

People who give the clinic a bad review should really reflect on the sacrifices of the staff who have been working during the entire Covid period at the risk of their personal safety! Despite being so tired everyday, the staff are still patient and tries their very best to help. Thank you EHA Clinic, Jia You!

Service from counter staff Siti was fantastic as she was patient and explained everything carefully. She was cheerful and was not quick to judge. Definitely go to her if you are feeling sick and just want the visit to be done ASAP

The doctors are professional and friendly. Staffs are also very kind and efficient.

Eventhough the doctor is good ,the hospital timing is weird.They always ask me to come before 12pm but everytime i come,they put a board outside saying it is closed.

Friendly service staff manning the queue and counters. Doctor was prompt in diagnosis (at least for my case), allowing the queue to move fast.

this is my go-to clinic for a long time. they used to have a very long waiting time and rather nasty attitude. but recently, the service has improved, nurses were nice, helpful and empathic.

Dr Tan Liat Leng attended to me today and he was very detailed in his diagnosis by asking me a lot of relevant questions. He was also friendly and reassuring. The clinic assistants Ms Mary and Ms Siti were also very friendly and helpful.

excellent clinic...I would highly recommend everything from the minute I walked in to the registration was attended by Ms Siti a polite & friendly lady..attended by Dr Chen who was attentive & gentle while treating my wound. A small-built lovely Iszrah dispensing my medicine filled with patience & precise manner.

Siti was great and helpful in explaining about medicine. Dr Tan was also good in helping me to relax since i was stress with my 2 kids in the clinic.

So far, the clinic has been of pleasant experiences. Siti ensures that patients follow through with the safe distancing measures in place and Israh attended to all the queries patiently and explain details of the medications consumptions thoroughly. I'd say doctor Tan L.L was very well and thorough despite long waiting hours.

Would have given 0 stars if google review allows it. My dad and I had symptoms associated with COVID and went there on 5 Feb 2022, and were dispensed with two expired bottles of cough medication. They were expired in Nov 2021. THREE MONTHS! See attached photos and be especially careful if you still choose to visit this clinic. By the way, don't expect any of their staff to pick up their clinic phone, 65660257, an automated reply will always ask you for an access pin even if it gets through. In reality, I called the phone while I was waiting by the front desk of the clinic, I don't hear any ring tone at all. I think many patients who have visited the clinic would be able to attest to it. The attitude from their counter staff are mixed, some are good, some are bad, and others are just deplorable to sick patients. Lastly, my records with MOH for COVID are all messed up now, because the clinic supposedly has some 'glitch' or 'difficulties' with my submission. Till date, 10 Feb 2022, they have not sorted out with MOH. I don't expect they would sort it out and notify me anyway. I will do it myself after I have recovered. To anyone who choose to visit this clinic, be prepared for poor service, be careful of expired medication, and be prepared to handle more 'paperwork' by yourself if you like to set your medical records right.

Did circumcision for my 3 month old son and everything went smoothly. Came 0900 in the morning, circumcision was done at 1200+ after doctor finished with the other patients. Only 1 parent allowed to accompany during the procedure. Total cost was $500 for circumcision, panadol and antiseptic wash. The ring dropped off within 6 days.

Very good experience, so far very satisfied to bring my 4 kids come and see EHA doctors.

Service was really good now compare to past. Fee reasonable.
