Very friendly and attentive staff. Explained the process A to Z. Did the RT-PCR test around 845am and received the result at 230pm. Cost is 40 EUR which is the cheapest around Athens. Recommended this place for travellers!

Christos was so kind, patient and efficient when I was making my enquiries. Fast to respond and eager to reassure, I was quickly convinced to book in. Our samples were collected quickly, easily and with respect and results delivered promptly within the promised time frame. PCR cost is very cheap compared to other labs just £40 . Would recommend this place because of the price as well as the polite behaviour of the staffs. Plus they offer same day results as well.

The people are very kind and helpful. The place was clean. They just send the result with e-mail, so it is very convenient . I would recommend if you need to take a test. Also I went there for blood test before and didn’t even feel the needle.

I had to get Genelabs to come to my accommodation to do my progesterone bloods as we are staying a good bit out of Athens. The nurse that arrived was on time and was very kind and gentle with taking bloods whilst keeping to a good standard of cleanliness too. Def will use these guys again when needed. Very good price also

I couldn’t find a better place for my test. I was quite in a hurry because my new company that was going to hire me asked for a routine drugs test for flight attendant. First of all the lady at the reception was absolutely amazing and I still feel myself ashamed that I couldn’t speak Greek. But the lady, who unfortunately I can’t recall her name, was supportive and she spoke in English with me making the whole experience above and beyond any expectations. I highly recommend Genelabs Hellas S.A. The last but not least I received the result of my test directly by email so I didn’t need to go there to pick it up. Thank you for your help 🙏. Most unprofessional and superficial Lab (calling it medical is far too much!) I have ever dealt with! I contacted them for what to believe a serious health condition, and was given a specific and precise appointment because I had a very tight schedule but I had to leave after waiting 45 minutes over the agreed time (with the staff assuring me every five minutes it would have only taken two extra minutes waiting!) After emailing them to report the disappointing circumstance I received some sort of apologies and offered another appointment. I accepted, eventually clarifying that I would have left town at the end of the following week. I provided my availability for the whole period and despite chasing them on a daily basis I was never provided a time, and after 10 days from the first appointment I turned very upset and sent them a tough email on the last day I was in town since at that point it was clear I would have been not served. They replied back shortly offering an appointment to be attended within 2h from their response (like people spend their time doing nothing else than waiting for their availability!) If I would have searched a bit more before booking an appointment, I would have found out the Lab is run from a journalist who decided to change his career and become a fraudulent medical service provider! Shame on you who don't take seriously enough such critical profession 🤮 P.s. I have all emails proving their incompetence! Also, bear in mind the reviews of this place are mostly influenced from the price ranges which seem to be indeed very convenient but health comes always first..

Best place to get your PCR done while in Athens. Great customer service, you can book an appointment even through their business Google chat. Pcr report delivered via email within 8hours.!

Professional and kind stuff. Pricing was also competitive. Very organized even though I visited them on the day Athens was paralyzed with snow.

So professional and clean. Everyone is english-speaking so you will have no problem. In and out within 20 minutes. Great value, only 40€ and you will receive the test within 24 hours. As per any test, make sure you bring your foreign passport 😉

The laboratory lost my exams so I didn't receive the result in time ... but I needed asap and it wasn't a cheap exam ... Upd: I am a client of your laboratory, and i don’t have to think about the ways how you deliver the samples. I am thankful to the manager, who call me back and solve the issue. He provide me possibility to pass the exams in another country (where i was on that moment)
