The room is quite spacious and nice. I took the window suite, not the balcony one. I stayed for a few days. The main problem was the hot water : it's either you take a 2 minute shower or you finish your shower with cold water. It was a big issue for me because I was sick but besides this, everything went well. The house keepers made the room clean as I arrived each day. You can delay it until 15. They speak a nice english but learning Indonesian basics is always helpful.

Rooms well planned and location little away from Maliboro but everything available nearby places. Breakfast was good I paid and eat not included in room. But good breakfast for the price paid

I stayed in this serviced apartment for 3 rooms and 3 nights, 06A5, 06B1, and 06B3. As a serviced apartment, it's different from a typical hotel. The best things about this place are: - The staff is very friendly and helpful. - The lobby is very nice and comfortable to wait in, with a modern and stylish design. - The rooms are large, clean, and well-kept, with nice-smelling and well-kept furniture (although the TV shelf in 06B1 looks like it's about to fall down, but it's still good). - The security of the apartment is very good. Things to keep in mind because they are out of the ordinary: - WhatsApp is used to talk to staff. - There is no place to park, so valet takes care of everything. - The pool isn't very big. - Since it's not a hotel, the breakfast doesn't seem to be up to hotel standards for this price; it's more like a temporary restaurant. - The restaurant space is also quite small. - I had a rooms with balcony, seems the is not using a double glass wall, sounds like crackling when strong winds make you feel a little nervous - There is no bathtub, and the bathroom is neither too small nor too big.

The hotel is at a superb location, close to the city center and also to the roads leadong to Prambanan or Borobudur. Communication is easy with the reception, via WhatsApp (WA), they are very friendly and responsive, quick. The breakfastuis plenty, although, more Asian style. For a good coffee you have to pay. There is a rooftop bar, nice tables are available against minimum consumption of 300k-1000k. Parking is free. Very clean place, there is every day houskeeping there.

It was family suite we stay in one night with family...perfect room with view of the north of Jogja, good services, valet parking and facility and cleanliness in the room itself. One thing probably need to improve is the menu of the breakfast...overall, very recommended

This hotel is my #1 recommendation hotel in Yogyakarta. The price is reasonable and worth the service you get. There are better hotel but the value for price is not as gold as Uttara. The location is ideal, plenty of restos, minimarkets, and cafes nearby. There is eve starbucks at downstair. And their bar, 18+ is good too. Ig : @ibu.rt

Had an amazing time at Pulang! Great staff! Great vibe! The view from my room was stunning :over the Merapi! Having breakfast over the city and the merapi is just a blast. I really appreciated the reactivity of everyone making sure my stay was going smoothly. Highly recommend the rooftop, to chill in the evening. I ll surely be back!

Facilities were nice. Nice rooftop terrace, room was clean and spacious. But the employees hardly speak any English (which is at a hotel like this expected). Also the staff seemed very half-hearted and sometimes rude. The variety of the breakfast is also poor. All in all the basic things are nice, like architecture and room. But when it comes to service provided by the staff we were absolutely disappointed! For this price you will definitely find something better in Yogyakarta!

(-) this is actually an apartment. Going in and out of the hotel's room must through at least 2 secure door.

Interesting concept with the hotel being mixed with residence but often resulted in long waits for lifts. The rooms are nice with modern concepts however there was a constant issue with hot water during our 3 night stay, it wouldn’t last more than 2 minutes. Staff did try and fix the issue however we were told that there wasn’t anything that could be done as each room/flat had its own heater. I’m not sure if this runs across all rooms or just ours were affected. Staff are friendly and helpful

Cozy room, they have comfortable sofa, there are stove, refrigerator, and sink !!! The concept is like studio room in the apartment . We can enjoy art here. Good maintenancr of swimming pool. I stayed in deluxe room and it was spacious room

Very good location near UGM and Tempo Gelato Kaliurang. Very clean room and good service. There is also a free valet parking. There's also a Starbuck at the parking lot. On a clear day you can see both mount Merapi and Merbabu from the rooftop pool.
