My mainstay for checking apart from being close to home. The service is very good. The doctors and officers are very friendly, especially those who give you gentle medicine. Once you go home, you are enthusiastic about taking medicine 😁 always successful at Mitra Medika Clinic I didn't make the wrong choice to move BPJS to this clinic 🫶🏻

Saya datang ke klinik ini tanggal 6 juni 2023 pukul 10 an pagi untuk ke dokter gigi. Sblmnya sudah reservasi. Menyampaikan keluhan tentang gusi bengkak dan ingin melakukan pencabutan gigi untuk ortho. Dokternya saat itu perempuan, menegaskan "mau yang mana dulu bu, gigi bengkak atau pencabutan, harus 1 1", dsini saya sudah merasa ga enak, kenapa harus 1 1 pelayanannya. Okelah, saya nurut. Dicabut saja dok untuk ortho dengan bpjs. Bisa? Jawaban beliau bisa. Saya infokan gigi mana yang ingin dicabut, gigi atas belakang taring pas untuk keperluan pasang behel. Masih dipertanyakan lagi, gigi belakang tarinh ada 2 bu, 1,4 atau 1.5. gigi 1.4 dok belakang tarinh pas. Masih dipertanyakan lagi. Dan menyuruh saya untuk mencabutnya di tempat saya pasang behel. Kemudian menyuruh saya melakukan pencabutan di Sidoarjo. Padahal saya tidak masalah jika dilakukan pencabutan dsini. Beliau kekeh meminta saya mencabut gigi di tempat lain. Kenapa sih dok?ada masalah ? Menyuruh saya mencabut dintempat lain. Saya pastikan lagi, apakah dokternya bisa melakukan pencabutan? Dokternya bilang bisa.ok saya pegang ucapannya. Tapi tetap meminta untuk memastikan gigi mana yang ingin dicabut. Setelah saya menunggu sekitar 20 menit untuk mendapatkan konfirmasi gigi yang dicabut, kemudian dokter tersebut bilang kalau pencabutan untuk behel tdk bisa menggunakan bpjs. Ok, pakai umum saja. Kira2 bisa pakai qris atau debit tidak ya, beliau bilang tidak bisa. Dokter ini memang tidak berniat untuk mencabut gigi sepertinya. Halooo, disitu saya sudah sangat merasa kecewa. Bisa dipastikan apa yang saya katakan ini ke dokter yang bersangkutan. Apakah sesuai atau tidak. Saya ragu dengan capability dokter tersebut. Mohon diperbaiki dan diberikan respon atas keluhan saya ini.

If you need a letter of permission not to come to work because you are sick, don't check here. Because what was given was not a letter of permission not to enter but also a certificate of medical treatment. And medical certificates cannot be accepted at the company. So it's useless if you're sick, you've been checked but the company doesn't pay you. It's better to check with another doctor who has a clear permit. Very disappointed, I asked for a change but he said the letter given was correct as given by the doctor
